This was the absolute worst moving company I have ever dealt with. I have moved quite a lot during my lifetime and this was the worst company I have ever worked with. My piano has deep scratches that I'm not sure can ever be fixed, pins for the piano were missing/lost, they forgot to pick items up and left them at the original site (and never moved them), and the movers clearly had little to no experience. When I scheduled the move, they called and told me they would charge $179/hr plus 18% of the total for "fuel". The move took 3.5 hrs ($626.50) and they charged $144.99 as the fuel charge. They then tacked on $179 for a travel time charge and $103 for packing materials including $40 for 1 roll of stretch wrap (I work at a packaging company and we charge $10/roll for the exact same quality wrap). Total rip off company, Item were stolen and management was not interested, their response was report to police. Overcharged from start to finish, damaged items, theft and more time spent smoking and screwing off that loading items, horrible experience. Wish I had seen yelp before hiring. No way the should have 4 and a half stars on their website.

BEWARE! Same experience as all the other bad reviews. Jensen, the manager, is horrible. This was the worst move experience we have ever had. They charged $4700 dollars, when our quote was closer to 3K. And stretched it over 2 days instead of the 8 hours estimated. That being said, the movers themselves were great. Will, Tim, Jack, Josiah, Tony and Chaz (two crews because two days!) were all polite and nice to work with.

This company is absolutely terrible. They moved us from Nashville to Dallas and every step of the way was a disaster. First, they promised to pick us up first thing on a Saturday morning. Then, Saturday morning turned into first thing Monday morning. Then Monday morning turned into Monday afternoon. The moving crew was incompetent. They hardly wrapped anything, even after we asked them to several times, and they broke a leg off of a chair and a bed. I called and scheduled a morning move from one townhouse to another, in the same complex. I was told movers would arrive between 8-12 and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours, estimating around 550$ for total cost INCLUDING the 100$ deposit fee. I only had 9 pieces of furniture being moved. I received a confirmation call a few days before the moving date and was told movers would arrive at between 12-4pm due to a scheduling error, but they would arrive closer to 12pm because the morning move shouldn't take long. Worst experience of my life. Unprofessional movers, broke my tv stand, took forever (probably to make their time longer), dropped everything in the new house and didn't unwrap anything after being charged over $1000 to move a very short distant with very little furniture. Unmotivated and lazy workers. Manager said he would reimburse for broken tv stand, and now is ignoring all contact. Nothing nice to say about this company.

First off, Manager Doug needs his own folder for complaints, as you can see by several reviewers. When you see the same consistent complaints across many reviewers about charges, damages, and the same manager yet allow this kind of bad behavior I blame corporate. As a Manager your job is to manage customer satisfaction and your people first and for most. Your people are a problem, your processes are unethical.
