I called All My Sons to move a 1 bedroom apartment 30 miles. I was never quoted a "best and final" price, only an hourly rate. My first mistake. You forced me to signed and pay for a service that was not delivered After I signed, your crew sat on the floor waiting for you to send a startling time 15 minutes later while I was already paying for them to sit and disrespect me. They asked if there was a man on the house. When I say no, they when on to offer them as the man who could be with me. All of these while charging me for a time I was paying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They use "bait and switch" tactics. My original movers did not show up and I started calling around. I was quoted $375 by them on the phone to move my one bedroom apartment with small storage 13 miles. They sent a new quote to my email 1 1/2 hours later after already starting my move to say that it was going to cost more! It took them 7 HOURS! Bate and switch. They said 239 an hour worked for 11 hours because they were incompetent then I found all the furniture they damaged. This place is the worst possible place to get movers. Really go anywhere else. They charged 4500 for the 4 bedroom we moved into that was 30 minutes away. They also charge overtime but no one will mention that to you until your stuff is on the truck and you have no option. One guy was just screwing around and complaining the whole time. a lot of standing around and watching people work.

Do not use! I was quoted one price then was charged another. I moved 30 miles and was charged over $1200 after being told it would be arounf $500 - $750. When the 2 guys got to the old apartment I signed on a broken tablet, and the lead guy turned around and knocked over a shadowbox and broke the glass. Just said "oops" and walked out. This is a terrible, unethical company and I strongly warn anyone from using them. Pay attention to all their bad reviews, we should have. These people are very dishonest and do not fully explain their process and charges on the phone. They speak very fast and make you believe that your cost will be labor plus 18% of the total hours. What they skim past (hidden swiftly and gently in all of the info they mumble through) is the additional 1 hour of travel time in addition to the labor minimum. OMG, people. Please, please, please take notice of why All My Sons Moving gets a consistent 1 Star rating. If there was a "ZERO" star, I'd check that option. I feel like a complete idiot for falling for their scam. I call, explain what I need moved, 3 appliances...and i get a price of $170/hr. I'm good with that because it's being moved a whole 15 miles. The three men who moved me and my family were nice and hard working, but I feel like they overcharged us. Paying $1,400 for moving is too much, and it's absolutely ridiculous! 2 weeks before my family and I moved to a new apartment, a man over the phone told me that the moving was going to cost us between $800-$900, and he lied! I was forced to pay $1,400 to move from Allen to McKinney. Never again! Please use a different moving company! I'm sorry, but I am not using all my sons for the next move.

This company does bad business & doesn't properly disclose fees or deadlines. When I first booked my move I asked about what fees they had besides the hourly rate. He assured me there was a gas fee of $20-something dollars and the hourly rate. Later when another agent contacted me to confirm my reservation he tells me about an additional fee that they automatically tack on to get the truck from the warehouse to my location.
