I called and scheduled a morning move from one townhouse to another, in the same complex. I was told movers would arrive between 8-12 and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours, estimating around 550$ for total cost INCLUDING the 100$ deposit fee. I only had 9 pieces of furniture being moved. I received a confirmation call a few days before the moving date and was told movers would arrive at between 12-4pm due to a scheduling error, but they would arrive closer to 12pm because the morning move shouldn't take long. Worst experience of my life. Unprofessional movers, broke my tv stand, took forever (probably to make their time longer), dropped everything in the new house and didn't unwrap anything after being charged over $1000 to move a very short distant with very little furniture. Unmotivated and lazy workers. Manager said he would reimburse for broken tv stand, and now is ignoring all contact. Nothing nice to say about this company.

First off, Manager Doug needs his own folder for complaints, as you can see by several reviewers. When you see the same consistent complaints across many reviewers about charges, damages, and the same manager yet allow this kind of bad behavior I blame corporate. As a Manager your job is to manage customer satisfaction and your people first and for most. Your people are a problem, your processes are unethical. Was quoted 269/hr ended up being charged 355. Damaged multiple walls, our brand new couch, and refrigerator. Emailed with the concerns and radio silence.

So I talked to the Receptionist who sounded very professional and gave me a quote at $470. I asked will there be any other cost she said no I asked if mattress bags were included in the cost she said yes. She also assured me that all her movers are trained properly how to move things and are not ex-convicts and very professional. I soon found out it was quite the contrary. Rip off. I used this moving company to move only 2 miles away from my previous home. We only had a two bedroom apartment and was quoted a price based upon the items we had which was one sofa, one love seat, kitchen table and chairs and 2 beds. First the moving company came late but did communicate with us the delays which was fine. When we get to our new place the moving company wanted us to pay before they start unloading which is understandable but what isn't understandable is how we got charged $1800. if I could do 0 stars I would. Do not use this company! they are rude , unprofessional , and inconsiderate ! we had our time schedule for 830-930 arrival , I called morning of to get an idea of when they thought they would arrive and was told 11-5. Warning do not use All my son's moving !!! Worse moving company ever. I had a 2 bedroom 1 car garage which had to be moved 3 miles... everything was fully packed in boxes all they had to load and unload their truck it took 3 grown 6.5 hours and they charged me over 1500.00 before they took anything off of the truck. In addition they didn't pack the truck correctly lots of spare room in the truck and left a lot of my stuff at my apartment!
