Rip off. I used this moving company to move only 2 miles away from my previous home. We only had a two bedroom apartment and was quoted a price based upon the items we had which was one sofa, one love seat, kitchen table and chairs and 2 beds. First the moving company came late but did communicate with us the delays which was fine. When we get to our new place the moving company wanted us to pay before they start unloading which is understandable but what isn't understandable is how we got charged $1800. if I could do 0 stars I would. Do not use this company! they are rude , unprofessional , and inconsiderate ! we had our time schedule for 830-930 arrival , I called morning of to get an idea of when they thought they would arrive and was told 11-5. Excuse me !? No ! They told me they made a change in the system snd someone would be at our house eventually. No notice no apologies nothing ! The guy I spoke to did not care at all. Warning do not use All my son's moving !!! Worse moving company ever. I had a 2 bedroom 1 car garage which had to be moved 3 miles... everything was fully packed in boxes all they had to load and unload their truck it took 3 grown 6.5 hours and they charged me over 1500.00 before they took anything off of the truck. In addition they didn't pack the truck correctly lots of spare room in the truck and left a lot of my stuff at my apartment! I recently moved from Sherman to Greenville TX only one hour away. I had sold most of my furniture so it was mainly boxes and some heavy odd shaped items. 1. After loading they said they could not get all my boxes into the 26 ft truck. None of my friends watching - and some of them had worked with movers before - could believe what happened. i guess i shouldve read the reviews first. because the experience felt something was off. i didnt mind that they were not wearing mask because i get it, its hard when moving heavy items. Or couple of the movers were younger adults and does not feel they are professionals. Overall they were friendly and the move was okay. nothing was damaged and was fairly quick about it but the 2 things i am not happy with the company is as of the following I have 2 regular size U-Boxes from U-Haul outside and all i needed was only labor ... read more

If I could give zero stars I would so 1 star it is and that's 2 stars to many! What a joke this professional company proclaims to be. Sure the sales pitch was one point, all the right things were said. However, on move day, the clowns were sent in! The young clowns were very unprofessional in their remarks, actions, their job! If they picked up 50 items undamaged, they delivered 48 items damaged and or destroyed! The washing machine drum is broken from the pedestal inside(500$). If you are moving anytime soon, don't even consider All My Sons. Stay with me, because it gets juicy. First off, they neglected to tell me about their 14% fuel charge when I booked. They also told me the hourly rate was $149 when it was actually $199 because they sent a crew of 4 instead of 3. They might as well have sent a crew of 1.5. I would give zero stars. Most of the stuff was broken. We also had boxes lost and the manager of the McKinney location is completely insensitive and unprofessional. I can't believe how little care was taken of my stuff and how little they cared when boxes were lost. Never use this company. I never will again. And my stuff is broken and lost because I decided to try them out.

I've never left a Yelp review before but I need people to hear this: Please do yourself a favor and do not use this moving company. I was moving from a studio apartment (with no large furniture whatsoever) to a two-bedroom in the SAME APARTMENT COMPLEX and was charged over $900. My family of 5 has moved across DFW for $900. I was moving 500 feet away. I paid for a three man crew and was promised fast service and adherence to CDC guidelines.
