Man don't use this company. Managers are trash at communicating. A manager here even threaten to cancel my mive in the middle of the movers moving my stuff, but of courae he woukd have been sued if he did since it woukd have violated the contract I signed and he knew that. I just hung up on him cause he isn't important. Don't be afraid to threaten a lawsuit if they try to bully you. Look at the rest of the reviews. They are terrible to their customers. NEVER using their services again. Use Black Tie Moving instead.

Well let's see, I was given a rough estimate quote for $500-600, the actual cost was over $1,000. The movers were great, but the customer service is trash. They charged me twice and I called and told them I had two pending payments and basically wrote me off. Now I have over $2,000 deducted from my bank account and they haven't emailed me back and their customer service basically made it sound like I was lying that there were two pending payments and I had to dispute it with my bank. There is nothing this place could ever do to earn my business and I would never refer anyone. I had a move scheduled for Sunday between 9-11am. I called at 11:30am and all I got was they are running behind on the first move. I called back at 1:40pm and was told the same thing. At 2pm someone called and cancelled the move and requested to reschedule for tomorrow. Absolutely not! I would not even trust such an incompetent team with my belongings. 1 Star - Terrible Communication & Unprofessional Management My experience with All Sons Moving Company in McKinney, Texas was completely unacceptable. The lack of communication and poor customer service from start to finish was shocking. My move was scheduled for a Sunday afternoon. I used this company a few years ago when the pipes at my apt complex busted. I wished I read all the reviews back then as I am reading thru some of the comments today. My experience was very similar as others which is causing me a bit of PTSD just thinking about what they did and got away with. Horrible packing‼All my clothes are wrinkled because they (the packers), didn't hang them...just threw them in the wardrobe boxes. They just throw whatever in the box. That's what they did with most of our property. Said it was too late to finish the move. It it took 12 hours to finish the job! They were asked to use the boxes we had at the townhouse. I should have looked at the reviews before I hired them!!! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE, run away from using this company FAST!!! We sent them a video to make sure they knew what they were moving, showed up short staffed, tripled move time and when confronted, unloaded everything and left unsecured. What it took them 6 hours to load into a truck it took us 3 hours to rent another truck, load and unload. The manager was belligerent and out of control. Besides the inefficient, unfinished, overpriced, move that I experienced. My main issue is that the mover is using my personal number to try and get in contact with me a month after my move. After the first 2 texts I reported it to the company and received no response. I got another text from the mover last night, I reported it this morning. It's made me extremely uncomfortable. This was the worst experience. I asked for a 8am move, they showed up at 12. I moved a 3br already packed house 30min away. When we got there before they unloaded they made me pay the expected amount which they said was $1300! After quoting me $200 for 3 men. I had to pay for them to unload and I didn't want to be charged extra time so I paid. Later I got the receipt....
