250 + as a surcharge for gas for a 4 mile move . This place does not do logical business , the movers agreed. The manager was trying to charge me for time as the movers were waiting for his responses and couldn't really help me with any of my questions on the price. I was told I would be refunded for time if we could shave some off (which we did by an hour)that time wasn't used to help me out on the outrageous price as they charged over $1,700 . I moved from one apartment to another at the same address. They charged $185 fee for travel and $141 for gas. The store they traveled to and from was literally on 15 minutes of a drive. BE AWARE... THIS COMPANY PRIDES ITSELF ON LYING THAT THEY'RE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED. They are not transparent with the front-end quote. A move that should have cost me $600 turned in $1200 with broken furniture, half of my items still left behind, and over charged for supplies that I actually provided. FRISCO, TX here. Be aware doing business!!! They make you sign paperwork AFTER THEY WRAP your belongings (which I don't mind) - it's the fine print where they get you! You will be charged 18% travel/gas charge from TRAVEL-A-to-B. To be clear, I was charged $328 for a 5.4 mile radius delivery. Totally absurd. Don't do business with these crooks. I didn't read the reviews before trying them out. BE AWARE. The reviews add up!

This review is long overdue. This company lied misrepresented overcharged did not agree to the terms discussed on the phone management services were awful. They came in and dropped furniture and left. Did not ask for instruction as to where to set up. Just drop the furniture and boxes and left I will never ever use them again. They are the worst.

Company blatantly commits fraud with bait and switch tactics on customers and they use gang link intimidation on customers to force them to sign and pay for incomplete jobs in full and will refuse to let people access their stuff or threaten to drop them off where they picked them up at im contacting the federal trade commission and the state attorney general of the disgusting way they treat so many people using threats and lies to force people into contracts not originally agreed upon from the beginning

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst moving experience of my life. First, they were 2 hrs late. Some sort of communication would have been great. Secondly, How does it take 3 hrs to load up a 1 bdrm apt? Everything was packed and bubble wrapped when they arrived. They took their sweet time just to milk the clock. Then they brought me an invoice for $1,093! FOR WHAT?? Apparently the materials fee I was quoted at $85 has now changed to $187.70. This business stole from me in a time of grief and loss of a family member when they died in my home. They overcharge me once they had already given me a solid quote for the move out of said home. Damage things were stolen in the front desk. Receptionist was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to in my entire life. Insult to injury, please look elsewhere for moving services. I called All My Sons to move a 1 bedroom apartment 30 miles. I was never quoted a "best and final" price, only an hourly rate. My first mistake. Before they would pack anything, I had to sign a bunch of forms (electronic). There was no time to read everything in detail, the clock was ticking. First red flag. They packed up quickly and efficiently and got to the new apartment in a reasonable time. However, before they would unload, they wanted full payment. Second red flag. You forced me to signed and pay for a service that was not delivered After I signed, your crew sat on the floor waiting for you to send a startling time 15 minutes later while I was already paying for them to sit and disrespect me. They asked if there was a man on the house. When I say no, they when on to offer them as the man who could be with me. All of these while charging me for a time I was paying.
