I used this company a few years ago when the pipes at my apt complex busted. I wished I read all the reviews back then as I am reading thru some of the comments today. My experience was very similar as others which is causing me a bit of PTSD just thinking about what they did and got away with. Horrible packing‼All my clothes are wrinkled because they (the packers), didn't hang them...just threw them in the wardrobe boxes. They just throw whatever in the box. That's what they did with most of our property. Said it was too late to finish the move. It it took 12 hours to finish the job! They were asked to use the boxes we had at the townhouse. We had a lot of empty boxes. We may have been short of boxes by about 10 to 15 boxes. They used their own and charged us around $670.00 for the use. The 3 people who came..... read more

I should have looked at the reviews before I hired them!!! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE, run away from using this company FAST!!! We sent them a video to make sure they knew what they were moving, showed up short staffed, tripled move time and when confronted, unloaded everything and left unsecured. What it took them 6 hours to load into a truck it took us 3 hours to rent another truck, load and unload. The manager was belligerent and out of control. Besides the inefficient, unfinished, overpriced, move that I experienced. My main issue is that the mover is using my personal number to try and get in contact with me a month after my move. After the first 2 texts I reported it to the company and received no response. I got another text from the mover last night, I reported it this morning. It's made me extremely uncomfortable. This was the worst experience. I asked for a 8am move, they showed up at 12. I moved a 3br already packed house 30min away. When we got there before they unloaded they made me pay the expected amount which they said was $1300! After quoting me $200 for 3 men. I had to pay for them to unload and I didn't want to be charged extra time so I paid. Later I got the receipt.... Lied to when we booked! We had a small bedroom and a few boxes and charged us $650. Would not recommend unless you want to be screwed

250 + as a surcharge for gas for a 4 mile move . This place does not do logical business , the movers agreed. The manager was trying to charge me for time as the movers were waiting for his responses and couldn't really help me with any of my questions on the price. I was told I would be refunded for time if we could shave some off (which we did by an hour)that time wasn't used to help me out on the outrageous price as they charged over $1,700 . I moved from one apartment to another at the same address. They charged $185 fee for travel and $141 for gas. The store they traveled to and from was literally on 15 minutes of a drive. BE AWARE... THIS COMPANY PRIDES ITSELF ON LYING THAT THEY'RE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED. They are not transparent with the front-end quote. A move that should have cost me $600 turned in $1200 with broken furniture, half of my items still left behind, and over charged for supplies that I actually provided.
