Linda- My husband and I Had an exceptional experience with the 2 gentleman who did our move. They were very polite and nice. They did our move expeditiously. We moved to a 3 floor walk up, nothing damaged and these 2 gentleman worked. I can't complain about anything, and when we find our house I am going to try to get the same gentleman.
I hired All My Sons moving to move out of an apartment into a storage room. The team arrived on time and with all the required supplies that I requested for the move. They were courteous and respectful of my space and covered everything with protective equipment so nothing was damaged. We had a quick move out and unload into our storage space with no issues at all. The value was good, since this was my second move the company gave me a nice incentive for a second move. Thanks for making this move stress free and easy!
This company moved me 2 1/2 years ago. They were reasonable and did a great job. Yesterday I got a surprise check for $101, the result of an overpayment found in an audit. HONEST too! highly recommend!
So, I originally booked these guys without reading any reviews - they were just the first ones that popped up in my search and I really didn't have time to do any additional looking. However, the night before they were scheduled to come out, I started doing a bit of looking and stumbled on this page....hand to God, I literally had nightmares that night. Y'all scared me to death. Update: 3 stars (original 2 star) After posting my review, I was contacted by Andy from the All My Sons corporate office. He was professional, understanding, and committed to making things right. We agreed on an additional $300 refund, bringing my final invoice to $760.05--much closer to what I originally expected for a one-bedroom move. Very pleased with All my Sons. Young men were courteous and worked efficiently and did not take any breaks. Nothing was broken or lost and the job got done quickly without any problems. They also charged a fair price. Highly recommend
