All My Sons turned a very stressful day into a positive experience. I didn't give 5 stars as the crew that was scheduled to move us was over two hours late and we had to call the office 3 times to complain. However, the customer service we received was OUTSTANDING. James, the manager, sent a different crew to handle our move and Alonso & Jose were some of the hardest working and pleasant people I have ever met. Showed up late short a person, I told them in advance what needed to be moved and where. They sent the smallest and weakest movers possible. The only time a manager spoke to me was to set up the appointment. I haven't heard from him since to see if I was happy with their service. The movers just cared about getting my stuff from point A to point B. They broke 2 things unloading the van through negligence. I'm afraid to open a lot of our boxes. Do yourself a favor and don't use these guys
I had a water emergency. All My Sons sent barbarians to a tea party. Priceless antique furnishings were manhandled and damaged; my lithographs thrown in the puddles on the floor; my vintage books tossed carelessly into a large box. They really deserve 0 stars. They were really slow charged me for their many breaks. They also left alot of things behind and a big mess Yhey also broke some priceless antique furniture . I really don't recommend this mover
For starters they showed up late and it devolved from there. A year ago, I thought we would work with a local company for better results. One of the movers showed up in rubber slippers, the other was a skinny girl who "passed our tests", the other was the "foreman", but he had no driver's license to show when I requested to see it. Updating your add that I reached out to the email provided and have received no response for over 10 days. Beware!!! This company is happy to call and contact you when they want your money, but when it comes time to be accountable for their actions, they're nowhere to be found and extremely difficult to get ahold of. We experienced unacceptable behavior like this throughout our disastrous moving experience.

This is, without a doubt, the worst service you could possibly hire. Look for another option--or better yet, rent a truck and move with help from family and friends. These movers charge by the hour and only sent two people, which resulted in the move taking 10 hours--and I'm not exaggerating. Ten hours to complete a move just 20 minutes away, even though we had everything fully disassembled, packed, and ready to go. A one star is being generous. I had the worst experience using All of My Sons. They damaged and broke multiple pieces of my furniture. Tried to run up the clock with breaks instead of working hard and doing their job. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am mortified that I referred All My Sons moving and storage to my neighbor, a lady in her 70's, who needed help to finish boxing and moving her 3-bedroom home. They arrived and took 4 hours (and her $800) to move less than 1/4 of a 26-foot truck, then told her their time was done, and she'd need to pay another $400 to finish loading the truck. When she said that was more than she could afford, they wouldn't do any more for her. They also told her they'd charge her less for additional boxes if she gave them a good tip. Wh... read more
