All My Sons turned a very stressful day into a positive experience. I didn't give 5 stars as the crew that was scheduled to move us was over two hours late and we had to call the office 3 times to complain. However, the customer service we received was OUTSTANDING. James, the manager, sent a different crew to handle our move and Alonso & Jose were some of the hardest working and pleasant people I have ever met. One word "Unprofessional". They over charged, pricks in the office and they forgot my washer and dryer, not to mention begging for tips, who does that. Don't do it.
This review is for the All My Sons of South Raleigh LLC 3800 Centurion Drive, Ste. 109 Let me say all my problems were not all their fault, BUT They were 2 3/4 hrs late, I was told I did not schedule enough men for the move. So we agreed to add a packer, he was an hour late and did not pack he hung out with the others movers. It got to be 6:30 PM and they were all standing out by the truck with a lot of stuff not packed and still in place in my condo, so all my stuff did not get moved. They are running 5 hours late!!! Don't expect to move on time!!! Not satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Showed up late short a person, I told them in advance what needed to be moved and where. They sent the smallest and weakest movers possible. The only time a manager spoke to me was to set up the appointment. I haven't heard from him since to see if I was happy with their service. The movers just cared about getting my stuff from point A to point B. They broke 2 things unloading the van through negligence. I'm afraid to open a lot of our boxes. Do yourself a favor and don't use these guys
I had a water emergency. All My Sons sent barbarians to a tea party. Priceless antique furnishings were manhandled and damaged; my lithographs thrown in the puddles on the floor; my vintage books tossed carelessly into a large box. They had to be told to wrap a live edge walnut table top as well as an antique brass headboard. One of the movers was more interested in looking through my VHS tape collection than packing them. They really deserve 0 stars. They were really slow charged me for their many breaks. They also left alot of things behind and a big mess Yhey also broke some priceless antique furniture . I really don't recommend this mover
