DO NOT HIRE ALL MY SONS MOVING COMPANY! If you need a good moving company in the Raleigh area, go with Safe and Sound moving, they are fantastic! We recently used All My Sons to move our entire house full of furniture. They threw things in boxes with no packaging material. They were not trained on how to properly pack and load items. They did not arrived or completed work on time. We had so many things damaged, it is beyond awful and they were not willing to take responsibility. I was thinking about hiring a moving company, but after seeing what happened to my friend's Peloton, I'm totally turned off. The owner was really rude even though his employees messed up her stuff. I'm really sure now that I wouldn't recommend using their services. Sadly, this company is a perfect example of really bad service in the Triangle area.

Terrible customer service. This company told Me that They would come and move a washer and a dryer for me.Told me They would be here at 8am. After that excuses...I was told it was my fault because I did not answer the phone when They called to tell m they couldn't come.Then I was told that I said plumbers had not disconnected my stuff. Very unreliable and They will twist your words. Do not use them.

Receipt provided did not match actual charges. They also did not accurately report my end time. My receipt said 4:15 which they actually ended at 3:55. However when I called, they provided me different information. I was not given an actual receipt of charges, I had to call & still don't see an updated receipt in my email. Also be mindful that there is a 3% credit card fee & charge for everything, including any material that they volunteer to use. DO NOT USE. Absolutely terrible customer service. Canceled on us less than 24 hours before the move. I booked our move with All My Sons over a month before my move date. At the time of booking they assured me they could guarantee a morning move time since I informed them we needed to be out of our current home by noon that day because of closing. An absolute scam. Could not recommend this place any less. Raleigh location is horrible, horrible customer service. I called and explained my issues and how unhappy I was and got hung up on them they called back 30 seconds later and literally said "are you good now? Have you calmed down". My crew took a lunch break and they didn't dock it and when I said something he was like "well it wasn't that long of a break I'm not going to dock it. This company is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Cost went from $164 which I was told by Nick Carter in operations that the only amount due after paying deposit would be $64. That cost went to $509 from when the movers arrived. I was never given an itemized break of any potential costs of items. I was told later that the co. even charged for tape to wrap items. I would NEVER use this moving company again. Moved on 6/26/23 and debated whether I even wanted to spend time rating them. Decided to hoping it will help someone else beware.
