I hope this will prevent others from dealing with this company. This is an ongoing dispute and I think it's important to know what they did, how they have declined to resolve it and the legal actions I've begin to take. These people negligently destroyed several pieces of furniture, had me sign something to limit their liability, & worse of all, tried to commit fraud on my credit card . COMPLETELY DISHONEST ABOUT PRICES, DO NOT TRUST THEM Firstly, their agent quoted our move to be only 600 dollars maximum and then charged my wife over 1200 dollars after our move. When we asked the team leader of our movers he laughed and told us "our agents will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business and you should have expected a move to be well over 1000$" Which is an absurd thing to do to your customers and put my wife and I in a hot-spot this month financially. I requested help moving out from 1 hotel to another. I was already packed up....just needed transport + unload. I am a seventy+ yrs.old senior with disabilities. This company put me at end of day.(#1) Gave 2 inexperienced guys who didn't want to load, work, lift...nothing. (#2). One youth kept following me with a contract I had not read. I used All My Sons 3 years ago to move from a 3 BR house to an apartment. Had no trouble with them then. I used them about a month ago to move to another apartment, about a mile away, no appliances, no stairs at either location, and the experience was not the same. I've waited till now when I've calmed down some to post a review. My scheduled time was 12-4. I thought that meant that's when I would move. My bad, but I called close to 12 and was told their earlier job was running a bit over but that they'd call me. I ... read more

Horrible. Caused $8,000 worth of damage. They packed dishes, handmade art, and furniture with no protection. Manager John refused to resolve the situation claiming company isn't liable.

I REPEAT DO NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICES FROM ALL MY SONS!! I Recently, received a service from them.The training and hospitality is below average. The staff is rude, slow, overworked, and by their actions shown they're not properly trained. The staging of how they sat all of our items, outside the truck prior to departure indicated that All My Sons didn't care to properly training their staff. beware!!!!!! worst ever!!!! they moved my nephew and broke his 75"tv and cracked the corner of their floor to ceiling mirror and only paid $150.00 for all this damage! do not ever have this company move any of your stuff unless you want to deal with broken furniture & electronics and then the company fights you to repair or replace them. trust what i am telling you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY A friend asked me to help him move some small boxes, as he was having All My Sons do the large items. I was concerned when they first showed up, but some hiccups are expected so we didn't think much of it. Concern eventually turned to complete shock. They: - showed up late claiming they were lost in an apartment complex with 6-foot numbering in clear view, then billed for their delay - only 2 of the 3 people worked, the other was on their phone - padded the hours - claimed they could handle anything... read more
