Horrible. Caused $8,000 worth of damage. They packed dishes, handmade art, and furniture with no protection. Manager John refused to resolve the situation claiming company isn't liable.

I REPEAT DO NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICES FROM ALL MY SONS!! I Recently, received a service from them.The training and hospitality is below average. The staff is rude, slow, overworked, and by their actions shown they're not properly trained. The staging of how they sat all of our items, outside the truck prior to departure indicated that All My Sons didn't care to properly training their staff. beware!!!!!! worst ever!!!! they moved my nephew and broke his 75"tv and cracked the corner of their floor to ceiling mirror and only paid $150.00 for all this damage! do not ever have this company move any of your stuff unless you want to deal with broken furniture & electronics and then the company fights you to repair or replace them. trust what i am telling you

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY A friend asked me to help him move some small boxes, as he was having All My Sons do the large items. I was concerned when they first showed up, but some hiccups are expected so we didn't think much of it. Concern eventually turned to complete shock. I hired All My Sons to move me from Wake Forest, NC to Charlotte, NC on 5/18/24 which resulted in the police being called on them for larceny and destruction of personal property due to their willful negligence. After they arrived many hours later than expected, I was told I needed to pay the full balance of over $2,000 before they would unload my belongings from the moving truck which I paid via credit card over the phone. DO NOT USE THEM!!! The charge for boxes, clothes hangers, etc that they pack inside your boxes. (For REAL). THE WORSE PART IS THIS: The load your furniture, it gets badly damaged, ONLY YOU DO NOT KNOW THIS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM BEFORE THEY WILL UNLOAD YOUR FURNITURE TO SEE THAT THEY HAVE DAMAGED IT. Horrible Company! Choose another company! I can't believe they are still in business! They took my $ and didn't give me the service. I have to now take legal matters.
My daughter's best friend got ripped off by this company. They moved six totes already packed, a dresser, bed frame and mattress and 2 TVs basically across the street from a first floor apartment to another first floor. It took them 2.5 hours and they damaged her antique dresser her grandfather built. One was touching her arm inappropriately. They insisted on putting her bed together even though she said no. DO NOT USE! I've moved many times and never had an experience like we had with All My Sons. Everything about the move (settling on a time), during the move (slow, billed for time that was incorrect and MUCH more), and the worst part was the lack of concern by the company when our concerns were expressed Don't put your move in their hands. VERY VERY VEY DISSATISFIED!!!
