These movers are a rip off. They charge an hour for the drive to your house and then no matter how long it takes. In my case 15 minutes they charge for 30 min. plus a bunch of misc fees. The movers themselves do a great job but the billing that they don't tell you about is terrible.

1 star is generous. We paid extra for 3 movers to move a 3 bedroom house. We had everything packed in boxes, and all of them were stacked in the garage. The only things in the house were pieces of furniture. It took the movers almost 5 hours because they spent most of the time doing everything together as a party of 3 chit chatting. Sometimes 1 would sit and watch the other 2 do things. Once my husband started moving things on to the truck is when they actually started working smarter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their work. This list of things they did not do according to their contract is lengthy such as not taking items they were supposed to, not putting things they had taken apart upon delivery. Calling them has not done any work, they refuse to accept their responsibility in a botched move.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...If I could give this company a -1MillionI, I would. It started off feeling great about hiring this company by speaking to Cody the Assistant Manager. He verbally told me the price would be $159 which included Travel and Labor. I gave my $100 deposit. I asked several times would it be more he said no. I got a confirmation and it is was still $159. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This company is horrible. I paid a deposit for a move to be done on today (3/28/25) I was given a time frame of 12-4pm. I called the office earlier to confirm my slot and if someone would reach out to me before showing up, it was 2:45pm and I called again because no movers had contacted me I was told the movers are still on their first job and it's taking longer than expected. poor service, quality of work was terrible , they did over $6,000 damage to our new house. we actually told the cussing work crew to take what items were left on the trucks and place in our yard and not to enter our house anymore.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will start my review but stating they are getting one star because you can't leave negative stars. I was a little taken aback when the team showed up and asked that I fill out the review page before they even started working. That should have been my first sign of how things were going to progress throughtout the day. The packing of the truck went well though it took them almost 6 hours to complete that part of the move. Please do not use these people to move you, and I say these people and not this company because they lie about what they are capable of and the professional people they use to move you, I asked if they could move me from my 3br apt to a 3br town house and they said they could on the day of the move the showed up the driver stated that they don't have trucks big enough to move a 3br apt so upon speaking with the a person at the business she said that they would make 2 trips I agreed it was too late to get a more professional... read more

HORRIBLE move, worst one in my entire life. Tim in Operations is the most unprofessional person and the movers were a joke-we clearly marked our boxes for each room and they moved everything into the garage. My husband and I are disabled and they took advantage of that-if they have an HR department, there should be disciplinary action at the least. 4 Urgent Care/ER visits in 3 weeks later, my husband and I are trying to undo what they did, and by the way, look at your Bills of Laden, they in writing manipulate the numbers... read more
