SAVE YOUR MONEY! This company is horrible. I paid a deposit for a move to be done on today (3/28/25) I was given a time frame of 12-4pm. I called the office earlier to confirm my slot and if someone would reach out to me before showing up, it was 2:45pm and I called again because no movers had contacted me I was told the movers are still on their first job and it's taking longer than expected. poor service, quality of work was terrible , they did over $6,000 damage to our new house. we actually told the cussing work crew to take what items were left on the trucks and place in our yard and not to enter our house anymore.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I will start my review but stating they are getting one star because you can't leave negative stars. I was a little taken aback when the team showed up and asked that I fill out the review page before they even started working. That should have been my first sign of how things were going to progress throughtout the day. The packing of the truck went well though it took them almost 6 hours to complete that part of the move. Please do not use these people to move you, and I say these people and not this company because they lie about what they are capable of and the professional people they use to move you, I asked if they could move me from my 3br apt to a 3br town house and they said they could on the day of the move the showed up the driver stated that they don't have trucks big enough to move a 3br apt so upon speaking with the a person at the business she said that they would make 2 trips I agreed it was too late to get a more professional... read more

HORRIBLE move, worst one in my entire life. Tim in Operations is the most unprofessional person and the movers were a joke-we clearly marked our boxes for each room and they moved everything into the garage. My husband and I are disabled and they took advantage of that-if they have an HR department, there should be disciplinary action at the least. 4 Urgent Care/ER visits in 3 weeks later, my husband and I are trying to undo what they did, and by the way, look at your Bills of Laden, they in writing manipulate the numbers... read more

Awful. Did a terrible job packing (see image), broke our desk, rushed through the signing at the end, tried leaving before finishing the job (left three closets full of our things), and began dragging their feet when they realized they could get the job done in a few hours. Our house is not that big and they told us the move could happen within one day. They drug their feet so much that it took two days and they get paid by the hour. Not worth it and would NEVER recommend.

Started off great but didn't complete the job. I spent over 8 hours moving the rest of the items they didn't take. Also, damaged 2 of my dressers during the move and broke my bed frame. There was never an itemized receipt and I was charged over $1100 to move 2 bedrooms. They use their "materials" and then charge you for them later. They left rolls of tape and blankets and left my storage unit door wide open with boxes and dolly outside of it. I had a move scheduled with these guys for two weeks before they called me two days prior to let me know they overbooked that day. The call started out nice and was him just asking how flexible our move date was and then when I told him it wasn't he just kept saying well I can't guarantee we will be there before 6pm .. I had to be out of my apartment by 5pm. They took a deposit from us, maybe we should charge them a deposit as they can't seem to keep their promises. Worst movers ever. They were an hour late, didn't bring a big enough truck for my 3 bedroom house, got there at 10 am and weren't finished until 11pm, AND THEN tried to charge me for a second truck!!!
