For starters they showed up late and it devolved from there. A year ago, I thought we would work with a local company for better results. One of the movers showed up in rubber slippers, the other was a skinny girl who "passed our tests", the other was the "foreman", but he had no driver's license to show when I requested to see it. When they took a break in front of our place and started smoking weed our neighbors were concerned. Updating your add that I reached out to the email provided and have received no response for over 10 days. Beware!!! This company is happy to call and contact you when they want your money, but when it comes time to be accountable for their actions, they're nowhere to be found and extremely difficult to get ahold of. We experienced unacceptable behavior like this throughout our disastrous moving experience.

This is, without a doubt, the worst service you could possibly hire. Look for another option--or better yet, rent a truck and move with help from family and friends. These movers charge by the hour and only sent two people, which resulted in the move taking 10 hours--and I'm not exaggerating. Ten hours to complete a move just 20 minutes away, even though we had everything fully disassembled, packed, and ready to go. A one star is being generous. I had the worst experience using All of My Sons. They damaged and broke multiple pieces of my furniture. Tried to run up the clock with breaks instead of working hard and doing their job. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am mortified that I referred All My Sons moving and storage to my neighbor, a lady in her 70's, who needed help to finish boxing and moving her 3-bedroom home. They arrived and took 4 hours (and her $800) to move less than 1/4 of a 26-foot truck, then told her their time was done, and she'd need to pay another $400 to finish loading the truck. When she said that was more than she could afford, they wouldn't do any more for her. They also told her they'd charge her less for additional boxes if she gave them a good tip. Wh... read more

I was finally offered a $200 settlement with a threat that that was as good as it was going to get. They took apart furniture, didn't put it back together. They didn't take all the furniture. They required payment before they would unload (unlawful in NC). The fact that I had to rent a U-Haul to get the remaining furniture, take time out of my schedule to haul it to the new place and get help moving the furniture, was way more than the $200 they offered. A terrible experience. The movers were not experienced, and the manager was downright insulting. They blamed ME for having more items than they expected--and REFUSED to move all of it. I ended up spending several hundred dollars and hours of labor to finish the move myself. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable service for a substantial price.

I hired All My Sons to move me, the only thing they had to move were 6 pieces of furniture. I wrote on a google review that they were efficient and polite, and they were....i did get moved. What I want to add is they were careless. I stood on my balcony as they were loading stuff and watched a box that was used to carry things down in, should never have been used. Avoid this company. I booked an afternoon move, and was told movers would arrive between noon and 3pm. We were moving my mom from a 1 bedroom apartment to an older community. The only things to move were boxes and a mattress. When I booked this move I was very clear we were not allowed to move after 8pm (shouldn't be a problem with a noon-3pm move). At 3pm I contact the movers, again at 4pm. At 4:15pm I get a text says "movers didn't show? we are free for an emergency same day move." I call the company and they say mo... read more
