The WORST move experience ever! Movers were 1.5 hours late, and one showed up high. They took 3.5 hours to wrap 1.5 rooms of furniture that are going to storage! This whole move should have taken 2-2.5 hours. Do not use this company!

Had no problem taking payment and not showing up! Moving day came and nobody showed!!

This was the worst experience with movers. Despite multiple confirmations prior that All My Sons would be at our CT house on the contract date, they didn't show up. We called multiple numbers to figure out what was happening. Hold times were over 30 minutes long. We finally got in touch with our move coordinator Ron and he told us a crew was actually on the way. All My Sons was the first moving company I had hired, and I would never use them again. At first, they seemed on top of scheduling, but started calling asking to add people to the crew, saying it would cut down significantly on the time needed to move, so I agreed. The crew was given bad instructions from the intake phone call (they were told, apparently as a joke gone bad, there was a grand piano to move...there was not). No initial inventory taken, so no sign-off for goods received. Three items not delivered (maybe not loaded on truck). No receipt received for final payment for move. Everything seemed rushed, careless. Would not recommend this company for your move.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had moving. Avoid it like the plague. Completely unprofessional and fraudulent billing practices.

Extremely dissatisfied. Overbilled on the hours worked, very inefficient two man crew. Took them 5 hours to load up what amounted to a 10' x 15' storage unit worth of stuff, half of which was already packed boxes. Spent too long wrapping furniture way more than necessary. One guy spent half of the time continually rearranging furniture on the truck. I had to carry out half of the boxes myself to get them to finish the job before dark. I'm not a customer and never will be after my daughter's experience with AMSM&S......she was given a quote that she agreed to with a deposit. Two days before her move she got a call from a representative of the company at 4:59 pm. The representative changed the amount by hundreds of dollars with no change in the situation from my daughter's end. The men who did our move were fabulous..hardworking, courteous, careful, wasted no time. HOWEVER, pricing was NOT transparent. We moved 3 miles and were not informed that we would be charged $159 on top of hourly rate. Also, we were charged for all sorts of packing materials. I must say things were over wrapped. $80 to box 1 TV! And 3% charge for credit card use. Would they have really allowed the driver to receive cash payment? Happy with my moving guys and tipped them accordingly...NOT happy with AllMySons as a comp... read more
