HORRIBLE move, worst one in my entire life. Tim in Operations is the most unprofessional person and the movers were a joke-we clearly marked our boxes for each room and they moved everything into the garage. Awful. Did a terrible job packing (see image), broke our desk, rushed through the signing at the end, tried leaving before finishing the job (left three closets full of our things), and began dragging their feet when they realized they could get the job done in a few hours. Our house is not that big and they told us the move could happen within one day. They drug their feet so much that it took two days and they get paid by the hour. Not worth it and would NEVER recommend.

Started off great but didn't complete the job. I spent over 8 hours moving the rest of the items they didn't take. Also, damaged 2 of my dressers during the move and broke my bed frame. There was never an itemized receipt and I was charged over $1100 to move 2 bedrooms. They use their "materials" and then charge you for them later. They left rolls of tape and blankets and left my storage unit door wide open with boxes and dolly outside of it. I had a move scheduled with these guys for two weeks before they called me two days prior to let me know they overbooked that day. The call started out nice and was him just asking how flexible our move date was and then when I told him it wasn't he just kept saying well I can't guarantee we will be there before 6pm .. Worst movers ever. They were an hour late, didn't bring a big enough truck for my 3 bedroom house, got there at 10 am and weren't finished until 11pm, AND THEN tried to charge me for a second truck!!!

The worst experience I have ever had with a company I have hired. From the administrative team, to the claims specialist, to the moving process, it has all been horrible. We were quoted 3 hours for our move, after 11 hours my husband told the movers to leave and we would take care of the rest. all my sons moving in storage are intentionally slow so that they could charge us $3000 to move into our house and still leave so much work for us to do after they were gone. One of the movers took a bowel movement in the master bathroom and then didn't even wash his hands, which I know because the soap hadn't been unpacked, then he continued to put his hands all over our stuff. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read all these reviews before hiring them. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and they were available, so we used them. Even worse, we're also using them for storage, meaning a bunch of our possessions are in their power. The lady we talked to initially said the first month would be free, which of course was a lie and not honored. DON'T DO IT! I am not one to write negative reviews but this has, by far, been the sloppiest, most disappointing, bait and switch experience I have ever experienced. The estimate was $4,200 for a 2-day move, 5 movers each day. The first day went fine. The second day (which ended up turning into a 3rd day) was a disaster. They sent 3 guys instead of 5 so the move took from 9am to 10pm. The overall move total ended up being 60% higher ($6,600) than the estimate!
