The worst experience I have ever had with a company I have hired. From the administrative team, to the claims specialist, to the moving process, it has all been horrible. We were quoted 3 hours for our move, after 11 hours my husband told the movers to leave and we would take care of the rest. No floor protection was used, multiple items were damaged, doors were taken off their hinges and not put back, items were moved into the incorrect rooms and spaces despite clear direction, I was told 2 items would not fit up the stair... read more

all my sons moving in storage are intentionally slow so that they could charge us $3000 to move into our house and still leave so much work for us to do after they were gone. One of the movers took a bowel movement in the master bathroom and then didn't even wash his hands, which I know because the soap hadn't been unpacked, then he continued to put his hands all over our stuff. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I had read all these reviews before hiring them. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry and they were available, so we used them. Even worse, we're also using them for storage, meaning a bunch of our possessions are in their power. The lady we talked to initially said the first month would be free, which of course was a lie and not honored. We also found out we have no access to the storage space, which is not the case with other storage companies. Now I'm dreading the day when we get the stuff... read more

DON'T DO IT! I am not one to write negative reviews but this has, by far, been the sloppiest, most disappointing, bait and switch experience I have ever experienced. The estimate was $4,200 for a 2-day move, 5 movers each day. The first day went fine. The second day (which ended up turning into a 3rd day) was a disaster. They sent 3 guys instead of 5 so the move took from 9am to 10pm. The overall move total ended up being 60% higher ($6,600) than the estimate! I hope this will prevent others from dealing with this company. This is an ongoing dispute and I think it's important to know what they did, how they have declined to resolve it and the legal actions I've begin to take. These people negligently destroyed several pieces of furniture, had me sign something to limit their liability, & worse of all, tried to commit fraud on my credit card . COMPLETELY DISHONEST ABOUT PRICES, DO NOT TRUST THEM Firstly, their agent quoted our move to be only 600 dollars maximum and then charged my wife over 1200 dollars after our move. When we asked the team leader of our movers he laughed and told us "our agents will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business and you should have expected a move to be well over 1000$" Which is an absurd thing to do to your customers and put my wife and I in a hot-spot this month financially. I requested help moving out from 1 hotel to another. I was already packed up....just needed transport + unload. I am a seventy+ yrs.old senior with disabilities. I used All My Sons 3 years ago to move from a 3 BR house to an apartment. Had no trouble with them then. I used them about a month ago to move to another apartment, about a mile away, no appliances, no stairs at either location, and the experience was not the same.
