Receipt provided did not match actual charges. They also did not accurately report my end time. My receipt said 4:15 which they actually ended at 3:55. However when I called, they provided me different information. I was not given an actual receipt of charges, I had to call & still don't see an updated receipt in my email. Also be mindful that there is a 3% credit card fee & charge for everything, including any material that they volunteer to use. DO NOT USE. Absolutely terrible customer service. Canceled on us less than 24 hours before the move. I booked our move with All My Sons over a month before my move date. At the time of booking they assured me they could guarantee a morning move time since I informed them we needed to be out of our current home by noon that day because of closing. An absolute scam. Could not recommend this place any less. Raleigh location is horrible, horrible customer service. I called and explained my issues and how unhappy I was and got hung up on them they called back 30 seconds later and literally said "are you good now? Have you calmed down". My crew took a lunch break and they didn't dock it and when I said something he was like "well it wasn't that long of a break I'm not going to dock it. This company is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Cost went from $164 which I was told by Nick Carter in operations that the only amount due after paying deposit would be $64. That cost went to $509 from when the movers arrived. I was never given an itemized break of any potential costs of items. I was told later that the co. even charged for tape to wrap items. I would NEVER use this moving company again. Moved on 6/26/23 and debated whether I even wanted to spend time rating them. Decided to hoping it will help someone else beware. I wish I had done a little more research and read the reviews on yelp instead of google. After reading a couple negative reviews here they sounded just like my experience. Read This Review if You Want to Know the Truth! I have the proof! All My Sons Moving Company is a complete Rip Off! My sister and I were quoted a complete different price! They charged $993 for 1 refrigerator, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 1 mattress, 1 king size bed, 2 nightstands, 1 dresser and 1 very lite weight picture. Do not use this company. The were supposed to pack my 2 bedroom apartment and move it 3 miles away. I asked for everything to be brought. EVERYTHING. I took the items they said they could not move (lightbulbs, flammable liquids, firearms). Turns out, they just refuse to handle items like bathroom scales, umbrellas, 6' Christmas trees, kitchen utensils, patio table and chairs, extension cords, Amazon Dots, golf shoes, and countless other items. We had an absolutely horrible experience. I told them I had a whole house move (3 br, 2 ba, under 1700 sq ft house), and proceeded to describe the big items required to be moved. The truck they brought was too small, and they couldn't get everything in. They took more than double the time quoted, didn't move everything, and broke/damaged a ton of stuff.
