Reader please note that I did give the management an opportunity to provide service recovery before submitting my review. I booked my move for Saturday 3/25 on Saturday 3/4 with Kristina. just now New Definitely not worth the money. Paid for 4 guys and a truck and it took them almost 6 hours to move just large furniture out of one house to a new house literally down the road. One of the 4 guys was nice and kept apologizing for the crew he was with and kept saying this wasn't his normal crew. I caught one guy vaping inside both homes and with having 3 boys under 7 this frustrated me. When I called and told their office all they said was that they would "speak" with them. Stay away from this place!! The MOVERS were great, but the customer service was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The operations MANAGER in Raleigh NC Shane hung up the phone on me AND threatened to have the movers close and lock the door with my furniture in it during delivery because I refused to pay the remaining balance until the movers were closer to being done. Definitely would not recommend this place. They are probably the laziest people that I've had move and they get paid on the hour so they get paid to waste time.also multiple items have gone missing since the move which is outrageous

STAY AWAY. They will deceive you with a quote and then charge you TWICE as much when they show up to deliver your items. Communication was AWFUL, they didn't provide a ETA just showed up unannounced even though I CALLED to get an update ahead of time. I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I called three companies for quotes. All my sons gave me the cheapest estimate, so I scheduled them. FIRST communication was AWFUL. They said they would give me a call the day before for an ETA. I'm not surprised to see the poor reviews here, unfortunately it's too late. After being quoted over the phone (huge mistake, get it in writing!), we wound up paying $400 over the quoted price. Even if we were lying about the quote, it turns out All My Sons charged $200 - $300 more than 3 other local moving companies I called today. The exact same details were given regarding the logistics. We used this company to move a mere 65 miles - a mistake I will never make again. First, we were given an hourly quote for a 4-man crew that would have placed our price range around $2000. Less than a week before the scheduled move the local operator called us and said we had been quoted wrong and that because the move was more than 30 miles we would be given a quote that was by the job, not by the hour. After paying $1400 for a move, the movers not only didn't get all our stuff but they destroyed a treadmill, damaged a couch, damaged walls on our brand new home, damaged an exercise bike, and I witness them throwing, and sliding boxes down the ramp of the truck, resulting in many broken items. All in all I am out thousands of dollars in damages plus my time to go back to the previous house to finish the move.

Highway Robbery. Abuse of the hourly rate system and underhanded extra fees not properly explained. On 10/20/22 this company charged me a total $950 to move a one bed/one bath second floor apartment (with direct elevator access) to a two bed/two bath first floor apartment 8 MILES AWAY. I had a small one bed/one bath to move 8 miles across town. The movers would take down a piece of furniture, vanish for 10-15 minutes, then come up for the next one.
