DO NOT HIRE! HIRE ELSEWHERE! WAST OF MONEY!!! We had a two bedroom apartment moving to a townhouse. I made sure everything was in the same size boxes stacked very neatly in one bedroom. The other bedroom had all the furniture broken down to the fullest extent, wrapped up in pads & ready to go the morning of! he day started with one of the movers disappearing for almost an hour to use the bathroom leaving his hard working companion to do all the work. .Robert the second mover was working really hard all by himself. The question is why not use my bathroom? Was not told about additional charges when setting up service. Went with you guys over another company bc of this. And I strictly asked about these fees when setting up services. The girl who set up the move from the initial phone call mentioned there was no travel fee. No minimum move time. Or no fuel charges. I would have understood the fuel charges, but she flat out lied to me to get business instead of being upfront. This is not a good way to retain customers. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional and take their slow time moving you to rip you off. I moved from a one bedroom study apartment on the second floor and moved to a one bedroom apartment. This job shouldn't have taken over 4 hours to complete with 2 men PLUS i was helping them because they were moving slow. This job took a little over 6 hours! Buyers Beware !! I am the owner of a relocation company who in a very misguided attempt to assist a client booked this moving company. They charged me almost $1000.00 for a move of less than a mile. When I requested clarification on the charge they then refused to remove my clients belonging from the truck until I paid. That's illegal folks. Driver and helper had no formal training, kept calling thier "boss" for information. Broke things that have not been addressed. Left several phone message with no call back. Worst moving experience ever!! Sales woman lied and scammed us about her "seasoned crew" for moving our home full of antiques. These guys were terrible. They carried pieces individually which led to breakage and damage to walls and floors. Had no clue how to move antiques. Took their sweet time so they could charge the highest cost. The sales woman would not return my calls. Used this company to move from my home in Pearland to Texas city. We asked them if they could do a move no earlier than 12. If they couldn't we were going to find a different company that could accommodate the time. The person told my wife they could, plus she tried to contact them again a day or two before the move to make sure. They never answered or returned the second call. this company is terrible! they broke my brand new coffee table and both end tables. they also broke my bed as well as my daughter's princess bed and many other items and all they offered was $150 dollars....if you value the nice things in your home do not do not do not let this company move you!!!!!!!!

SO MUCH DAMAGE!!! Worst packers and movers ever. Never use these people!!!! They ACT so nice.
