First things first, the movers who come and move your stuff are EXCELLENT! They are professional, courteous, and careful. If only they were running the company. When I made me appointment, I was quoted $164.00 an hour with 2 hour minimum move time. To me, that sounds like $328.00 to move some furniture pieces. They called me the day of my move to cancel....said not enough people showed up to work and that they had to cancel a lot besides my job. Ruined my moving I couldn't find any one with that amount of short notice to move me. If I could pick zero stars I would.

Horrible Experience! Stay away! A smooth-talking salesman, Rick, from Cherry Hill, NJ, came to my home with glowing promises to move my furniture safely and efficiently. He quoted the Google reviews for AMS, but failed to mention that the Cherry Hill NJ site has a horrendous reputation. Leading up to the move, I worked with Rick to ensure that the inventory "cube" sheet was 100% accurate. The company cancelled the day before the move after confirming 5 days before the move. Never called me until I called asking what time they would arrive. When Mike told me they were cancelling, I asked when he planned to call me and he said he would have called me the next morning (the day of the move). Then he hung up when I asked for my deposit back. Worst company ever. Do not use.

Boy have I been waiting to write this review. I will pay for your move with any other company just do NOT use this company. They are scammers. Snakes. Disgusting humans who have not compassion or take any responsibility. Gave me scheduled window of 11-4. At 4, called them and they said that they would not be coming today. Asked for upper management, his name was James or Chris, they both are scum. I would give zero stars if possible! They cancelled the day before our move this week and left us scrambling to find a mover the day before our closing! I see this is a pattern after reading other reviews! I will be telling everyone I know NOT TO HIRE THEM!

After being reassured the movers were full time employees and confirming my Monday Aug 16 move on Friday, we were contacted at 8 am on Monday morning they did not have a crew and the move is cancelled. explanation was it was very hot and no one wanted to work. We tried to calll at 7 am because they had not confirmed the night prior and the phones are turned off.. this was an awful experience..negative stars if possible.

Really unbelievable experience. Was called by the company the night before our scheduled move to confirm the appointment. I called the next morning to ask when they would be coming and was told that, because we didn't return the confirmation call, our appointment was canceled. The man I spoke to hung up on me when I began to question him. My fiancée called back and was able to have them reschedule us for the weekend.
