They were not prepared for the small streets in south philadelphia and the small row homes that are in the area. First of all they must have dropped and scratched a bedroom dresser we really loved and never reported it. Once they got to the home they told us they could not take the bed and dresser Upstairs because it wouldn?t fit. That was the whole reason we requested their services because I am a senior citizen and didn?t want to do that myself. The helpers are great, it's the representatives, management and owners that are misleading. We got quoted a price of 159 hr, dont do your own math on it because you dont know what route they will take or when they will arrive at your new location after the move start you also pay extra for bed bags, and tape. We paid for mileage the drive on what should have been a 16 mile trip. We was told there would be a discount due to the move team taking a lunch break and quoted a price. Do your homework, I would never suggest or recommend, be aware, the pricing is not defined, They did not take careful care of my furniture, Customer service was awful, it was a bad experience. They broke and scratched and damaged some of my personal items. They were not worth the price. I felt they held my items as hostage. The pricing was higher than expected. They made me sign the invoice prior to releasing my items.

First the money was double the quote price I was given way too much for the job I also was stupid enough to get rushed into signing that everything was not damaged then asked to have my table-top out on the base was broke was not broke when it was moved to the truck nobody owns up to it, I am stuck fixing after paying to had my stuff messed up, and they left a bolt off the bed never finished putting screw all the way in dresser mirror I had his best guys do not think so Clemens moving was so much better.

Management and senior leadership need work on their customer service skill-set. It's poor business to vent to customers about call outs, weather conditions and being argumentative. Try harder to be solutions driven, without the attitude. It's stressful enough on customers when moving, and customers shouldn't have to get yelled at over the phone because of your internal issues. They were the worst damaged a lot of my belongings also they were so unprofessional. I could have hired some homeless people of the street to do a better job. Please pick another mover just not all my sons!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE ! They failed to show for the move scheduled on the 27th,and rescheduled for the 29th and FAILED TO SHOW AGAIN. I made several calls and was assured they would be there. They finally completed the move on the 30th, and I was promised a discount which was not provided. After several calls and emails I went to their office where I was told the discount did not show because they took it off the top before calculating the bill. PLEASE READ! I don?t know where to begin other than to feel like I was scammed. This was a top rated company on here so I called. Got a response immediately and set up appt with a move coordinator who came to my home to provide an estimate. A full pack and move. Something I?ve never done. I was promised quality people and my items would be handled with care. NOT THE CASE! Many of my belongings were put in boxes with no wrapping -damaged. My furniture was damaged. Very unprofessional. Movers didn't bring tools and asked me for tools. Overcharged me and verbally promised a credit and I have yet to get the credit. Badly scratched the elevators in my building because movers jammed my furniture into the elevator. Very disappointing. I would not hire this company every!
