I paid a deposit for movers with this company in advance and received a confirmation that movers would arrive between 11 and 4. I was told I would receive confirmation of my move and receive a time frame one week in advance. I had to call and was still not provided with a time, a few days before the move. Two days beforehand I was given my time frame and was told 12-3 was a more realistic time frame but to be ready for 11-4. On the day of the move, I received no contact from the company at any time. We scheduled a move with this company, they gave us a 4-hour window but never showed up. When I called to see where they were they said they were TOO TIRED from a move they did earlier in the day and wouldn't be coming. They never even called to tell/warn us. So everything in my house is packed, my family is here thinking they were going to help me and I'm not sure what to do.

I scheduled a move with this company almost a month in advance. The company charged my credit card the deposit, which was required. Two days before the move date I received the confirmation call going over all final details and the timing of when the movers would show up. It was not until the morning of my move did I receive a call informing me they would have to cancel as they do not have the personnel to perform my move and to call around "to see if anyone else could perform a same day move". This place is the worst place I have ever dealt with !! They made my life a living hell ! They quoted me a price to move then 2 days before my move they doubled the price knowing I couldn't go elsewhere at that point it was too late to get movers so I had to get people to bring everything outside my house and take all my furniture apart needless to say their movers were in my house and they charged me $1400 totally outrageous and the customer service people were so so nasty on the phone they are only nice when they are tryi... read more

Called and confirmed twice for my move in South Philly. Both times I called and said just making you aware that I live on a very narrow street. No problem they said,both times. I was suppose to move May 30th, memorial day weekend. They call me May 29th at 4:30 p.m. and say oh sorry we can't move you they were incorrect. Left me high and dry on a holiday weekend less than 24 hrs before my move. I will let everyone know how incompetent they are. If I could give no stars, I would!

Just finished what turned out to be a two-day move with ALL MY SONS. Worst move of my life, and that includes a prior move in which the truck got stuck for 3 hours under an overpass that was too low. ALL MY SONS LEFT THE HOUSE WITHOUT TELLING US AND WITHOUT TAKING ALL THE FURNITURE WITH THEM. I didn't think I would have to try to persuade people I hired to move me to actually move my furniture. Avoid. More like "All My Scams." They are deceptive about charges. They were not upfront about all charges: 1) 14% fee on gas explained later. 2) assurances the $100 deposit would be credited to the final bill, not tagged onto the final bill total. 3) the movers were pressuring for tips during the move. 4) they wanted payment up front before unloading the truck and pressured for more payment instead of agreed upon amount. 5) they claimed to be at the pick location earlier than actual adding to the final cost. The 3 man crew was polite and courteous, however, their good manners did not make up for the brute force utilized while moving our furniture. The management pushed the crew to work harder and faster within a crunched time constraint. In order to meet management's 2 hour unload demand, the crew damaged a couch, a wooden hutch, a kitchen island, a dresser, broke a mirror, and broke several picture frames. Upon completion of the move, we are missing one patio table and a 2x3 beveled mirror. I will not utilize this company again... read more

Deceptive practices and lies that border fraud. During my phone call with TWO different reps: - Neither mentioned there is a 14% fee on gas - They both assured me the deposit refund was 100% prior to 48 hours before the move date(in the quote it's only 75%) - Never told you had to pay before anything is unloaded ----------- So they can basically throw your stuff on the ground and leave.
