The 3 man crew was polite and courteous, however, their good manners did not make up for the brute force utilized while moving our furniture. The management pushed the crew to work harder and faster within a crunched time constraint. In order to meet management's 2 hour unload demand, the crew damaged a couch, a wooden hutch, a kitchen island, a dresser, broke a mirror, and broke several picture frames. Deceptive practices and lies that border fraud. During my phone call with TWO different reps: - Neither mentioned there is a 14% fee on gas - They both assured me the deposit refund was 100% prior to 48 hours before the move date(in the quote it's only 75%) - Never told you had to pay before anything is unloaded ----------- So they can basically throw your stuff on the ground and leave. What a horrible company! They moved the previous owner out of our new home here in Olathe in December. They scratched the hardwoods moving the fridge. Previous owner said All My Sons would honor the moving insurance policy. We've filled out paperwork, got all the documents they asked for, got a bid from a local flooring company, and all we've gotten is the run around. The flooring experts said b/c it's a floating floor, replacement is hard and impossible to match the 8-year-old wood. The bid was $3,000. AMS said no! So my hu... read more

I would give no stars if I could. When you call their number, you get bounced to a call center (which I did not know). The call center told me they would arrive at a concrete time. They said "no problem"!! That's why I hired them. I also told them that the street we were moving from was a small street so they would send the right size truck. This was for a one bedroom move. They overcharged me by $200 over the agreed and quoted price. Movers were not careful at all and several items were damaged. Tried to reach out to the company but they haven't responded.

THE most expensive movers on this earth. And I was supposed to get a credit, called in to the office by Jorge Rodriguez in front of me. NEVER applied and no record of it. Biggest rip off artists. And the website address Jorge gave me is nonexistent. Scratches on many items and bent secretary desk top. STAY AWAY, stay far away from this company.

Terrible service they charged us and as soon as payment was accepted they drove away! Everything left in my garage, beds not set up and we had to do it ourselves. As you can see in the picture shown they left their blue pad wrapping and just peaced out! The manager has yet to respond and it was a terrible experience $2500 for this??? I slept in the floor the first night in my bed home. Buyer beware. Jennifer ferrara

Scheduled my move a month in advance. They called me the day before to cancel due to "unforeseen circumstances". Really put my in a tough spot in an already stressful situation. Would not recommend.

We recently used All My Sons to move our things from Oklahoma City to Louisiana. They left behind things we told them were going to the new house (e.g. an airbrush painting on a piece of ply ply wood that they just threw upside down on the floor of the garage and some pots in the kitchen cabinets), left boxes that they had filled up and sealed just sitting on the floor, and broke a things in the old house (e.g. a light switch in the hallway). Would very highly NOT recommend you use this company to help you move.
