00000 rating walk away from these liars and keep going i booked paiid deposit and i called today and they said they cannot come. i am disgusted. they showed no accountability. when were they going to tell me they were not coming. they didn't even have the guts to call. they lied 2 days ago and told me they were making up the schedule and would call back! they were rude and belligerent! making. the horrible experience worse!!!!

I wish I had read reviews before hiring this company! Moving my Mother from a 1 bed room ground floor independent living to an assisted living facility. The movers were 1-1/2 hours late from the latest time we were told they would arrive (3PM). Although the 2 men were great nothing else was! They did not disclose all of their charges up front. I was given an hourly rate than was $30 higher than normal and I accepted because it was short notice. Then dur a later call that was a day late I was told of a fuel surcharge. The end... read more

Do not book with this company. We were scheduled to move on July 19th, they did call to confirm the move on July 17th but the Movers Were a No Call No Show on Monday the 19th. I had to call 3 times on July 19th until I reached someone who finally told me the move had been cancelled due to a shortage of movers and trucks. They claimed to have tried to reach me on Sunday to let me know of the cancellation but that was a bold face lie. They never called me and they never emailed me. This is the worst moving company ever !!! Left my 80 year old mother stranded , she was supposed to move in July 1st and they left her stranded for the second time !!!! I had to find another moving company!!!! That's was very rude and inconvenient and unprofessional ! I can't wait for you assholes to go out of business !!!!!

This is by far the worst moving company in cherry hill, nj. Their workers were excellent but the owners of the company were deceptive in their scheduling and attempted to over charge for work that was not performed. They wanted to charge me 991.00 dollars (three hours for a small move.) Dave confirmed the time of delivery for 11 to 1 pm and the movers did not show up until 3:45 p.m. the movers couldn't get the couch out od the small apartment and they damaged the door in the process. With All My Sons (Cherry Hill, NJ Office), Customers are never right (My worst moving experience!!) I didn't want to write this review but had to. 1stmy regular movers were not available on July 2nd. So I used U-Haul's recommended movers, which one was All My Sons. On 6/22 @ 12:45pm, I called Customer service to schedule the move. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! DO NOT HIRE THEM!! We scheduled a move with this company and the day of the move they cancelled. We called the main number to confirm the day before and all seemed fine. On move day I spoke to James who claimed to be the sole scheduler. If you are interested in scrambling to find another moving service the morning of your move after All My Sons cancels your move the day of, then by all means, book them. When I called another moving service (Superior Moving) frantic that my move was cancelled same day, they were not only accommodating and came to help me, but also reported that All My Sons always cancels on people. You have a terrible business model.

If I could give them negative stars I would.... my Parents reserved them for a big move four weeks ago and an hour into move in day when they were not there my dad call to inquire about Their ETA and they ignored the call and then gaslite him causing my 60 YO father with a heart condition to rent a Uhual 12 hours before settlement Out a 4 four bedroom home. Save your time, energy and money go somewhere else!
