I paid my deposit with them. Already disappointed they could not move me until between 2-4pm I went forward because Charlie harassed me and sold my a false dream. The day of my move granted it rained that afternoon. 2pm came and no call. I called them and they advised of the delay. I waited, the rain stopped. Hired all my sons for a local move 5 miles away. Had an in home estimate done walked around house and went over what was to be moved. Was quoted $1580 - to move a 2100sq ft house 4/2 into a 2600sq ft house. We didn't require packing services. We were advised worst case scenario they move from start to finish would be 7 hours and that all of our things would only take up half a truck but since the estimate was done in person the price wouldn't increase. Wow, zero employee accountability for damage to our walls. And their word is empty as their integrity. They keep passing the buck to someone else. Obviously nothing is being corrected- past posts speak for themselves. Good luck with claims.

If I were allowed to give .3 star, I would. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Moved yesterday. Before the lead mover even touched a piece of my furniture, he made sure I knew they would take tips. Completely unacceptable behavior and rude. Although the movers themselves, overall, were kind and "quick", imagine my ABSOLUTE surprise to get my "bill" and see $125 fuel charge. The salesman put on a really good pitch. That was 2016. He said you will have the same people deliver your furniture that packed it. Not true. We were moving to South Florida. The guys who showed up got here late and one guy looked like he was really stoned. We were tired from working and waiting. We made the mistake of not checking the items off as they brought them in. Never again!! I hired this company to move 1 bedroom. I was told the driver would call before arriving, they arrived at 8 in the morning when I was told between 9-10. According to their inventory I used 1 of everything??? When in reality they used 2 boxes. The entire pack up took LESS THAN AN HOUR. It was a small job. The delivery men told me that they wouldn't charge me for any of the inventory and that I would get paid back from the company. I paid a $500+ bill for this.

Used them back in February to move across the state of Florida. The truck showed up 2 hours later than scheduled. They showed up unprepared with out enough pads and NO wardrobe boxes. We asked for wardrobe boxes and even called days before to ensure that they bring them. The team did not have tools to break down furniture and I ended up using my tools and doing it myself because they appeared inexperienced. My move was a disaster. The first day they left even though I was less than five minutes away. There were people there and told them I'd be right there. They didn't even ask about the washer and dryer and we were prepared to unhook it while they were there. They left A lot of important items and had to return a second day. To their credit they didn't charge me for the second day but they still I think I left some things because I'm missing them. I paid almost $900 for the move and it was really not worth it. They moved me from 1 bedroom apartment to another on December 22 2018. I had to call several times to find out when they were coming. 2 men arrived at 415pm in which one man was rude and hardly helped while the other did most of the work. One rude man complained about his new jacket getting dusty and pet hair. They then proceeded to move my wooden wardrobe left all furniture with shrink wrap still on it.
