I had to do a quick move so I called All My Sons Moving Company! The first red flag was that they required $100 deposit before the move date. Then on the day of the move, I had several possessions that were broken due to the movers inadequate packing technique. After I continued to resist signing docs until after move was complete, I was forced to call police because owners wanted to keep my belongings hostage and send to storage because I refused to pay inflated fees that were not accurate. Stay away from All my Sons moving and storage in Jacksonville. Nothing but lies from all of them, starting with Debra Eisenback. Everything they packed got broken. Everything I packed came out good. You decide. Run and don't look back with this company I don't like leaving one star, because they don't deserve it, but it was the only way to get this posted.
The worst moving company I have ever dealt with!!! Showed up 5 hours late. Many items were damaged, broken or scratched. A few boxes were missing. When I called to report the problem, they did not seem to care. Had me put in a claim with customer service. What a joke. After weeks of the run around, I was finally told the time frame to pay a claim expired! Seriously?!? DO NOT USE THEM!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY!! The worst moving company ever. They didn't know how to pack boxes. Were not careful with furniture or boxes. They cant connect or disconnect washer or dryer. Essentially only good at moving boxes into a truck.
The worst moving company I've ever experienced! TOTAL RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM. I moved for a one bedroom into a storage unit. That was located less than 2 miles from my apartment. I literally have less than 20 pieces of furniture to move. They sent three guys. One older guy and two young teenagers. They took their precious time. Wrapped my furniture only to scrape up the ends of my brand new sofa. The two younger guys didn't have a clear direction as to what to do. HORRIBLE moving company. Please stay far away!! My mom was charged $1042 to move furniture to from a one bedroom to 2 bedroom. She was moved from building #8 to building #6. Yep two buildings down for $1042. When she called the guy told her it was a flat fee of $500 if that. Huge lie and scam. Her huge wall clock was completely damaged with glass everywhere and the movers didn't even say sorry. Starches all over her brand new furniture also. Such a bad experience!

Hidden charges they don't quote you for. Almost $700 for a move 5 miles down the road of a few furniture items. RIDICULOUS.
My move was 7-6-19, and it took only 2 hrs flat. Everything was packed, boxed, and ready to go, directly across the street in the same complex. The guys never had to reload the truck, but simply walked everything over to a 1 bdrm. Total for 2 hrs. work came to $278.00. When scheduling move the week prior, I had already given a deposit of $250.00. My bill should have been for an additional $28.00 + tip.
