Never again!! I hired this company to move 1 bedroom. I was told the driver would call before arriving, they arrived at 8 in the morning when I was told between 9-10. According to their inventory I used 1 of everything??? When in reality they used 2 boxes. The entire pack up took LESS THAN AN HOUR. It was a small job. The delivery men told me that they wouldn't charge me for any of the inventory and that I would get paid back from the company. I paid a $500+ bill for this.

Used them back in February to move across the state of Florida. The truck showed up 2 hours later than scheduled. They showed up unprepared with out enough pads and NO wardrobe boxes. We asked for wardrobe boxes and even called days before to ensure that they bring them. The team did not have tools to break down furniture and I ended up using my tools and doing it myself because they appeared inexperienced. My move was a disaster. The first day they left even though I was less than five minutes away. There were people there and told them I'd be right there. They didn't even ask about the washer and dryer and we were prepared to unhook it while they were there. They left A lot of important items and had to return a second day. To their credit they didn't charge me for the second day but they still I think I left some things because I'm missing them. I paid almost $900 for the move and it was really not worth it. They moved me from 1 bedroom apartment to another on December 22 2018. I had to call several times to find out when they were coming. 2 men arrived at 415pm in which one man was rude and hardly helped while the other did most of the work. One rude man complained about his new jacket getting dusty and pet hair. They then proceeded to move my wooden wardrobe left all furniture with shrink wrap still on it. I was so disappointed in this company. I had a person in my home telling me all of these great things that will be done when I move but it was a joke. Stuff was left behind because it seems they had a certain amount of time and when it ran out then they left. When we got to the other end half my stuff was not assembled back, the box springs on my new bed was put on upside down and tore when it was sat on. Dressers placed in the room backwards. The boys kept going outside to smoke and they charged me for entire time. They ripped us off for the move. I will not use them ever again. Made me much wiser on moving companies.

One of the worst moves I ever had, and I've had my share due to my military service. Charging double for tape and other supplies doesn't endear me to them. Constantly dropping stuff and taking their sweet time due to the "billing by the hour" model. Except for the driver/leader, the other two "workers" were newbies who didn't even know how to wrap a couch or a mattress. Just terrible all the way around.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! We moved from 1 bedroom in my in-laws house, plus one 10×10 storage unit to a new apartment about 25 minutes away. We were quoted $600 - 800, at $144 an hour. I was ok with that price. I was told that we were scheduled between 8-9am and I would get a call 30 minutes prior from the driver. Morning of the move, I never got a call, I called the office at 9am and was told "oh I'm glad you called, the truck broke down but don't worry we will get you moved today." They are not upfront about their pricing. They will call you the night before and tell you about an 18% fuel charge and an additional time charge. I used 3 men for 2.75 hours and they charged $637.20.
