Ok so we had a GREAT experience. I read the bad reviews and I asked lots of questions but I found none of these things true. Our guys were amazing. Everything the company said they would do they did above and beyond. This is a company of integrity. The guys were all professional, quick, and took great care with our things moving long distance from Jax to SC. We had a LOT of stuff... One word - AMAZING!! I would definitely hire these guys again in a heart beat!! I had a last minute move due to my son, my right hand man, becoming extremely sick at that last possible minute. I called these guys and they were ready at a moment's notice (quite literally! as they had already gone home for the afternoon!). They met me at my 2 storage sheds in Yulee, had them in the truck in less than 2-3hrs, beat me back to my apartment in Jacksonville, and had everything upstairs (3rd floor with no complaints!) and dispersed... read more
They were right on with their cost estimate and even gave me a discount because the guys were a little late due to the weather. The guys were polite and got to work immediately.
As I said in my post we had the best experience from 8 months ago when the CT team packed our Columbia CT home for storage till yesterday, our delivery. Jeff and Jeremy delivered our things yesterday in a ice and snowstorm. They were very friendly and professional taking great care with everything they touched! Jacksonville your very lucky to have these young men on your team! Time to give these young men a raise they were great or at least a pizza party! I would recommend this company highly!!!...
We hired them for a local move (~3 miles) and we had the luxury of a little bit of time overlap between homes. During the prep call I told, Brad, the sales associate, that I would be “as packed up as I could be” as I work full time and have 3 young kids. But also that I only need them to move the large stuff and I’ll take care of the rest back and forth. All My Sons Moving was the worst experience ever. They destroyed everything they moved for me. They broke my dryer door and glass. They tore up my new flooring in my new home. They charged us over 1,000 dollars (we had to pay or they would not unload off the truck at our destination). Then when they brought the dryer in our home in Jacksonville it was broken.
