I would not recommend All My Sons moving company. Reason being I hired them on 12/05/20 and when the movers, (specifically Daniel Crump) noticed my daughters gaming chair was broken when he brought it right out of the truck, they packed; he apologized, took photos, sent them to his manager and said "they will pay for it". I believed Daniel in good faith when he said "they will pay for it" and even tipped him and the other 2 guys $30 apiece when they completedthe job! November 29, 2020 I would give them a minus 0 if it was available. Unprofessional and very stressful experience I had with All My Sons Moving Jacksonville Florida. I contracted this company (if you can call it that) on October 31 2020 to pick up my furniture and take it to a storage facility I had rented. I paid a down payment to move me on November 28, 2020. STAY AWAY!!! HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I'd give them zero if i could. Debbie, their "concierge" is a straight up liar. We hired All my Sons for a move from Yulee to St. John's, Fl. We had to be out of our old home by 4pm. Debbie did a Skype walkthrough of our entire home and quoted us a price based on all our items. They were not the cheapest but we wanted quality so we spent the extra money. Debbie said she could get it all in 1 truck but that it wouldn't hurt to lessen the number of boxes.... read more

Terrible drivers. Whoever had their stuff in their truck, it's probably broken. Driver cut us off during an accident on 95. Just flipped on their blinker and came over at the same time, no actual warning, or waiting. Wouldn't trust them with anything of ours, you shouldn't trust they'll take care of your property either.

So far not so good! The crew of three men arrived on time at 8:30. Two of the men were hard workers and the third was substandard. He was slow, avoided the harder jobs, spent a lot of time in our bathroom and purposely left items in the wrong rooms because it appeared he did not want to move anything to the second floor. The crew estimated the move to be done by 4:30 PM and informed the boss of same. That was what I was charged. I've moved several times and I have never had such horrible customer service. I booked them for Saturday, Nov 7th and called two times just to confirm that it is documented that i need some packing done in the kitchen. I was assured by Mike that it was documented and would be no problem. When the movers showed up I mentioned packing the kitchen and they looked at me like I was crazy. All I can say is this company needs to be shut down. I never write reviews but this one could not be ignored. This was my first time using a moving company and I can honestly say I'm very concerned for the next time I have to use movers because of the experience I had with all my son's. I wish we had read the reviews before hiring this company. I felt like they took advantage of us. First they quoted a low price on the phone and when they showed up the price changed before they even started working. And then they insisted on wrapping everything even when I told them that wasn't necessary because it was eaten up the clock. I was told that's their policy and they have to wrap everything that goes on the truck. DO NOT USE this company. They quote you unrealistic prices. I was told I would get 3 men and only 2 showed up, and then I was quoted triple the amount that I was expected because the 2 movers said it would take them 6+ hours for a 1 bedroom. They called Laurence (their weekend manager) who refused to help/offer any solutions and then suggested I just get my deposit back.
