I liked the crew. They were very nice and funny, but the list pretty much ends there. The sales department needs to do a better job of informing people how much this will cost. I felt they were very dishonest in their quote. They quoted me at $119/hr for 2 guys. They showed up with 4 guys and tried to charge me $159/hr. Fortunately, I had my original quote in my email, and it was honored, even with the extra guys. I Can't find a place to lodge a complaint, so i will put it here, I was coming off I-35 onto 23rd street and one of your ttrucks was in left turn laneI was in rt turn lane, i took off first then the driver of your truck ran me up againt the side of overpass i blowing my horn and stopped he just kept on coming, i would not trust my furniture with a driver who does not pay attention!!!

Would be ZERO stars if that was an option. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AT ALL! By reading the rest of the reviews, I guess I should be happy that I was only stood up by this travesty of a business, and not otherwise harmed by their "service". I scheduled a move for February 26, 2018. They called the day before to confirm that they would be arriving at 9:00. The movers were great. The Administration not so great. The driver told us that they were not told the truth about how much storage we had to move. They were scheduled to work for 6 hours. I jumped in and unloaded the truck with them. They said we would be credited for 1 and 1/2 hours of work. Instead they said the driver stole the money we paid him. We should not have paid cash. Don't use them. Pat really upset my mother over the final charges that were above the estimate and expectations set by Tony who prepared the estimate. He called her a liar and handled it so badly she was in tears. They held up the move unless she signed off for the changes he decided were fair. Don't use them out of OKC. They nickle and dime and feel quite self-righteous about it. Clearly upsetting a 70 year old women seems to be his sport.

This place is dishonest and will tell you anything to get your business, then on move day they will change it up. Don't use them. I would recommend Amazing Movers they were great when this place left me high and dry.

three guys that showed up were great. company sucks! was told i could store my stuff on a truck at $150 a day. they showed up with a truck that they had to replace because it was broke down, and at the same time Mario was calling me saying i could not store on there truck, and i was told i could 3 times. then the replacement truck was too small to move all my stuff, so we had to rent a u haul instead. one of the bosses, i think his name was peter brought out the 2nd truck and he was rude. then i was told if they made a 2nd t... read more

They actually did not show up for my move! And tben they were all booked up for the next day of course, so we were just stuck. We had everything packed, turned off, and could not move! Terrible customer service. We then uded 2Fellas Movers and they did a super job!
