Horrible response from this company. After having my property stolen the claims team didnt even bother to reach out to investigate, only sent a denial and did not respond to my email inquiry. I guess ill have to contact the police for futher follow up.
what a joke. quoted one thing, ended up telling us its twice the amount when they get the truck to the unloading destination. I don't seem to be the only one with the same sentiment. maybe it's time to be more realistic about your quotes or quit gouging people thay you think are vulnerable and won't stand up to you. Never again.
Movers are very good but do not choose them based on thinking it will be cheaper because their estimate is lower than anyone else. The price will double when they are done! They do mislead their customers! Once everything is done and they hit you with the bill it will be double what they said!
Movers were great! They tried to change the prices on me when they got there and added other fees plus an extra two hours of labor. Said my money would be refunded within 15 min and still nothing. I don’t recommend using them.
The movers we very nice and did the best they could. They definitely lacked training. The moved a dresser with drawers in it off the truck turned it over trying to get it through the door. Broke every drawer. Damaged another dresser door that won’t close now. Tore the top of a cabinet up. Drug my couch across concrete because he didn’t want to wait on another person to help, resulting in ripping the bottom of my couch. AVOID!! They are not forth-coming when giving a quote, even after you ask. Very terrible business practices. They hike up prices the day before a scheduled move thinking you will have no other option.
This place is AWFUL!!!! Tried to charge over $1000 to move my disabled dad from a one bedroom downstairs apt to another downstairs apt!!!! Also tried to charge more per hour then originally quoted. Not to mention they canceled the original move date because they stated the jobs they had scheduled took longer then expected. No wonder since they took from 8am-1pm to do a one bedroom apt job. Couldn’t imagine if how much they would try to charge if they had to move anything more than one bedroom. Would not recommend to anyone!!... read more
Oh! So want to solve ALL OF THE ISSUES we have had with All My Sons since moving… let’s see…they lost all of the pegs for my bookcases, making them competent useless. They did not put the center pegs back into our bed. They put our tv out in the rain, and damaged it beyond repair. And the biggest kicker?!?! Our n95 masks and COVID tests are missing. But they want you to believe they are in the service of serving. No. Bullshit. Someone needs to call back. Now.
I’ve seen what they can do, and it’s absolutely nothing good.
