This company is currently being Sued and now I know why. This Company is complete fraud. They lied about the price that had been given to me, and two other people. We were told multiple times that the move would be under $300 dollars if the move was within 3 hours. After the truck was filled the crew went on "break" and did not communicate when they would be returning with items. This company sent a sick and intoxicated employee to move my elderly/immune compromised parents. The movers arrived and one of them was not only under the influence but hacking and coughing all over the place. He was not wearing his mask and also demanded payment before moving my parents furniture. This slob of a person also used my parents restroom and urinated all over the toilet seat. ***DON'T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS. MOST ARE FAKE*** I reached out to them for an estimate over a month ago. They emailed and called and hounded me for my business. I booked with Jerry who informed me that my price included 3 men. Well, 3 men showed up on 11/24/2020 at 1pm. 2 men worked hard while the driver gave instructions. I had a horrible experience with All My Sons moving today. I'm a single guy, no kids, moving from a downstairs 2 bedroom apartment to a house that is only 2 miles away. The entire move was clocked at 1 hour and 50 minutes and I was charged a whopping $562!!! Also, they wouldn't even move my clothes! So my move is currently incomplete. They gave me a stupid excuse about not having a wardrobe box. Why not be prepared next time? Most people I know wear clothes, so only makes sense that those items would need to be moved as well... read more

The experience started great. There customer service was wonderful in setting up the appointment and advised of most fees. They were very friendly in answering all my questions, and my mind was at ease. That unfortunately was were most of the good ended. Two days before moving, I get my confirmation call. Give them all my details that they originally received on my first call again, and get my quotes repeated and that they will send an estimate via email. I don't receive it. I call back for it again. This is the WORST moving company I have ever used....they scratched up doors and walls in the old house, layed a very expensive mattress across an old bbq smoker and scratched up walls and messed up floors in a brand new house...on top of that how do you have so called movers asking the customer how to move the furniture are you serious, that's what I hired you for....supposed to move at 8 in the morning was moved at 6 at night....the good reviews must be coming from within the company....HORRIBLE!! Are you looking for a moving company that will overcharge you, leave you with half your furniture on the wrong floor of your house, damage your belongings, scratch your paint, and generally treat you like crap? If so, All My Sons is the business for you! They will not only complain the entire move about the heat and how heavy things are, they will also look for any excuse to get out of the job early and leave you high and dry. On the positive side, they showed up on time. But that's where the good recommendation ends. Price charged was $200 more than the price quoted. Perhaps it's because they charged $64 for "packing materials" which included a blanket thrown over the two pieces of office furniture I asked them to move to my house. Maybe it's because they charged $32.50 for fuel to drive three miles. Either way, the service was not worth $500. One of the movers was very nice, the other was way beyond rude. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Cancelled my moving date 3 days prior to moving. Poor customer service, offering no alternative solutions and completely misinforming me of my scheduled appointment. Luckily I paid a $100 deposit to continue to fund their poor business practices and failing business model just to provide enough of a cash inflow to keep them upright to disappoint yet another tomorrow!
