BEWARE: COST ME DOUBLE WHAT THEY QUOTED AND WE DID HALF THE WORK!!! I was quoted the 3 man rate of $149, which was stated as the higher rate - but "worth it" since they would finish faster. I was told that a move of this size (1600 sq ft home) typically only takes around 4 hours, plus one hour travel time. Got a phone quote saying "$129 an hour plus driving time" between former home and current home. I've moved several times in last 10 years; thought that was fair and put down $250 deposit which would go towards total...or so I thought. First, they show up without advance call; was told they "had the wrong number." All they had to move were usual LR, DR and 2 BDRM large furniture, large metal sculpture and 3 large wall art pieces. Unfortunately I didn't look them up first before hiring them....should have done that!!!! First they showed up late, then when he was backing the truck up he ran over the fence. that was only the beginning of a really screwed-up day. the crew was made up of young boys who were hired off the street so that they would only have to pay them minimum wage. So we needed movers. I was blown away by the presentation M'lisa provided in a walk-through quote. She was professional and answered all the questions I had. There were items that we discussed and the overall cost not reaching more than $1200 ..... Not a guarantee but pretty darn close. (+1star) The movers showed (815 am)up introduced themselves did a walk-through and I laid out in concrete time of we have to be out and gone by this time 12noon. Be wary of this bunch. We had very little for them to move and it went from our home to a garage because we were building. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE AS THEY WILL GAUGE YOU. They shorted us the number of men to move, I caught one of them taking a nap in my bedroom instead of setting up the bed, and they were slower than a 7 year itch. Then they tried to charge another $1,600. Find someone else!

MOVERS STOLE PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION I didn't even want to leave this review but I feel like I have to. Do not use this company. I had movers arrive and told them to move everything in the living room, and leave the kitchen alone. I had a box of medical marijuana and other prescriptions in a bin and I did not want them to take it, as I could carry that myself. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The quoting and pricing was okay at the beginning. But not for the job the two boys did. Came in about 30 minutes past the time they were allowed to get here at the latest, I was not feeling well that day so I planned for them to the majority of the moving- what I'm paying them to do. Seemed annoyed that I had certain things we would need that night in baskets as both me and my boyfriend had to work the next day. DO NOT USE THEM! Call GOOD TO GO MOVERS!!! If I could give less than one star I would. They scheduled me a few weeks before our move, they seemed great. The day of the move, they were supposed to be there at 830 or 900, they called at 800 to say they had no drivers. Now, keep in mind they were going to send 3 men and a truck.. one of the other men couldn't drive? They had no sympathy at all.. just sorry maybe you can find a same day mover!?!

Let me start out by saying the guys who actually moved my stuff were great. It was the customer service that was horrible. I was booked by someone at corporate, and the job was handled by a local franchisee. When booking, I was promised a "$40" flat fee fuel surcharge and $149 an hour that started when the guys arrived. When i got my bill (that i was expecting to be around $700) It was like $1,091. They charged me a 14% fuel surcharge, rather than the $40, plus they charged me $149 travel time, which was never mentioned. The... read more
