I was in my yard working when the van showed up at my house unannounced. I figured the partner I had had a recent falling out was sending back all my furniture - only there was no room at my house. I told them the shit couldn't live here, let me get dressed and we would go to another location just down the street. By the time I got out front to explain my situation, they were gone. Yesterday was one of the worst experiences I have had. Movers showed up later than we were told. We paid for 3 movers and there were only 2 and they were not very big. It took them an hour and half to load 5 pieces of furniture. We asked them to move two couches up stairs. They got the first one up, but it was a struggle so they didn't even attempt the second (yes that means we still have a couch sitting in the middle of our house). I'm only giving this one star because I can't give it zero. I SO should have checked Yelp ahead of time. They were really late, they broke my dresser and some of my boxes - they paid NO attention to whether they were marked fragile and refused to separate them by room. They left me with heavy things stacked and shrink wrapped, which were very difficult to handle on my own. straight off lied on quote... said my moving for 3 items would be $108 never mentioned of 2 hour minimum or two way charge.. went to payed and it was $260 plus my $108 deposit.. the two moving men where wonderful but they were just doing there job. if I could give no stars would do it...

If you want new furniture these are your guys because you will have to buy it after using them. Literally the worst moving experience ever. When the team of guys arrived, all they did was complain about loading the truck. I booked All My Sons on the other end of my move to unload the truck and they had requested that the truck be loaded in a specific order. These guys didn't care. This is one of the worse moving companies in Oklahoma. They underperformed and were overpriced. They were two hours late and didn't bring the exact number of people to move.

A complete mess...One crew left leaving the other crew behind. Their truck was not even full. The other crew (which were good) stayed until 10 pm to try and finish but couldn't. I had to go to each room and tell them they missed items. The managers (Jerry and Marco) said they were going to make it right and give me some refund but they never called and they don't return my messages now. Finally, I have a lot of damage. When I called them, they gave me a price. Then, when I go to pay its almost $200 more than the original quote. When I call managment to report a claim for my broken end table glass, Jerry says "Yea we get that alot! The price they give you is an estimate, not a quote....." If this is a problem, why not get it fixed? Then the movers, sweep, very poorly I might add, the glass into a pile, and leave it there. These movers were a joke. A crew of 4 was sent out to move us. It took all four of them 6 hours for one truck load and cost us almost $900. It would have cost $1200, but my husband complained about the time it was taking them. Then my husband and I still had to rent a Uhaul to move the rest of our stuff. They severely damaged the front of our refrigerator that was less than 2 years old that we paid $2,000 for, and completely broke our kitchen table that cost us $1200 and was less than a year old.
