The communication with the office personnel was unprofessional and disjointed. Initially, they agreed to move our business. After weeks of trying to chase them down and confirm the details, they told us they were no longer available on the date we needed them. This was 5 days prior to the move.

Where to begin... our move was scheduled for 8am and the movers arrived at 3:30. It took them almost 4 hours to load a two bedroom worth of stuff, to the point my husband had to help. While loading the last item one of the movers hurt his foot. We were told they would have to park the truck with our stuff for a few days till they could find someone to unload it. I was quoted a $109.00 per hour charge. paid a $100.00 deposit. The crew arrived late, one man kept saying he was tired and kept stopping to rest. EVERYTHING was literally in boxes and when asked if I wanted the mattress covered I answered no, it had 4 pads on it as it was. the only thing covered was my 42" TV... they broke, dropped a slate coffee table that was NOT secured to a dolly .... The move itself went fine. The guys were great but I did lose the shelf to my bookshelf, no big deal. The office personnel was HORRIBLE!! I got a call on Thursday confirming the move (Patrick called me, and I asked to speak to him and the guy on the phone said he's on the the other line So what do you need? I said I need to speak to Patrick about confirming my move. He said well I can help you with that then I was told they would be there between 11am-3pm. HORRIBLE!! Truck arrived 3 hours later than we originally had talked about. My brand new fridge now looks like someone took a baseball bat to the door. My dining room table has a hole that goes all the way through it. My front loader washing machine was bought in Feb ... Now doesn't work even after two separate repair men have worked on it. Where do I start. I have 3 other moving company experiences so I know what to expect, how long moving my belongings should take and how much I've paid in the past. All My Sons not only fucked my bank account up, they also shredded my $400 memory foam mattress topper. How? No clue. First, they were late. My couch was broken. The move was not finished and I ended up paying 800 for a move that was originally around 400. The guys moved slowly and there were holes in several boxes. No one has called me and when I have spoken to people they are rude.

This was the worst moving experience I could have possible imagined. I normally don't think these reviews are worth writing, but this might save someone 400+ dollars. I was repeatedly told movers were "finishing up" or "on their way" when they were late to my 11am appointment. No one showed up until 2:15. Judging from some of these reviews, I was lucky they only showed up 3 hours late. Because they were so late, I had to move stuff myself to try and make it to work on time. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! It all started with the movers not showing up on the scheduled day (supposed to be there at 8am). We called all day long and were told so many lies it was almost comical, all so we would not cancel the job. It was unreal. By 5pm they finally told us it was going to have to be the next day that they could make it out.
