I made a reservation gave my $100 deposit & was told I was set. I hadn't heard from anybody so I called the afternoon before & was told by that my reservation was canceled umm wtf. it never got processed right or something but course they are sorry, that didnt help my situation. plus they still havent refunded my deposit back to me. I had to scramble to find new movers because we had a set time line
By far the worst moving experience I’ve ever used. They were 45 minutes late to my appointment. I decided to go with them because they quoted me $135/hour for 3 people to help me move my one-bedroom apartment. They quoted that it would take about 3-4 hours maximum between both moves. The day before the move, they raised the rate to $139. They swore that they were the best and could quickly and effectively help me move my things so I was okay with the $4-hour increase. WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! I was told that I’d be paying $139 an hour. My storage unit was 5X10. Didn’t have a lot of stuff at all. The movers dropped my couch and stopped for gas after loading the truck. My apartment is only 10 minutes away. It took them almost 30-40 minutes to arrive to my apartment! Once they moved everything in I was surprised with a balance of $479! I paid a total of $579 because of a $100 deposit. Quoted $441 and charged $776! That’s a huge difference. The guys were very nice but never ever again!
This is the worst moving company I have ever used in my entire life. They over charge, damage your stuff while moving and steal your belongings. They took apart my son's bed then didn't give us back the hardware and I had to pay $50 to get all new hardware from the furniture company. Their employees were smoking weed on the break they took, stopped at 7/11 to get snacks while my stuff was in their truck, they stole my son's box that had his Xbox, Nintendo switch and games and controllers which was almost $1000 worth of stuff... read more

Moved me and ruined ALL my furniture, withheld items trying to charge me for return of them and stole personal items. DO NOT USE!!!!
Friend hired them and had a horrible experience. They ruined more than 10k worth of furniture and are refusing liability. Do not use this company.
