DO NOT USE! The movers were untrained. Damaged the majority of dressers, broke legs off a couch, dropped a nightstand on the cement, didn't use blankets, dragged furniture across grass and driveway! Insurance claim is a RIP OFF consider them NOT INSURED!

They did not move all our furniture! They said they ran out of room. We had to spend the whole next day moving the rest of the stuff ourselves. They got the truck stuck in our yard. They put the beds together wrong. Boxes were put anywhere. The quote was way lower than what we ended up paying. We had to pay it because they will not take one piece of furniture off the truck until you pay. We were so upset. I decided to wait and see if they would call us to get a review and they did not. Terrible ! Got their truck stuck in my yard , ran out of room in the truck so they didn't move all my stuff and we had to spend the next day with family moving the rest of my stuff. Bad estimate cost us more than they quoted ! Put our furniture together wrong after they took it apart to start with . The workers were very friendly the office people not so much !!!! 30 years of experience is hard to believe!!!!

I only checked a star because I had to. The ABSOLUTE worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is even worse. Broke a lot of items, damaged walls and scratched flooring. Movers didn't say a word about the damages. Myself and a friend of mine had to move most items. Movers were on their phones most of the day. I HIGHLY advise anyone looking for a moving company to pass on this company. I wouldn't even have them move me for free. Joke of a company and employees are horrible. Original quote to move a 3 bedroom house was $750 to $900. The day before the move, the quote changed to $900 to $1200. They came and moved our belongings, transported to our new home, and charged us $2300 before they unload the truck. Absolutely ridiculous that the charge TRIPLED from the original quote. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this joke of a moving company.

Worsts moving experience! The leader of the crew verbally shared that he wanted to get done early (it was Friday afternoon after all) and they proceeded to toss my furniture and boxes anywhere and everywhere. The amount of damage they did to my furniture (most of it was pretty expensive) was a disgrace. The claims department gave me $300 (66 cents per lbs) which is not enough to pay for repair of the furniture and walls/ceilings they damaged. Do not use this company. Their movers are not experienced and they tore up a door jam and a wall moving a refrigerator. They settled a claim with me, however it's more hassle now finding someone to fix the damage.

All My Sons cancelled in the last minute. I am moving from Chicago. I have contacted All My Sons 30 days in advance to set up unloading UHaul Truck (coming from Chicago). First thing customer service said is welcome to the family and boasted about how great their service is. Their rates are higher than the other competitors. I have set up the appointment for Saturday (30-July at 10:00 AM) for crew of four to unload and unpack. Paid the advance.
