If I could give this company zero stars, I would. To avoid any issues with moving, I booked All My Sons Moving and Storage TWO MONTHS in advance, signed their moving contract, paid their fee - which was a legal and binding agreement, and called numerous times to ensure my move would be completed by noon to avoid a hefty fine from my management company. This was a complete scam. They charged me $1600 for a small 1 bed apartment moving only a FEW STREETS away. The biggest items were a small couch and a bed that FOLDS UP. They took 8 hours to move for no reason. They literally stopped to sit outside frequently and "argued" with each other for half an hour before picking up each big item. We needed to be out of our retail space June 30 and called these clowns (sorry...didn't mean to offend clowns by lumping them in with All My Sons level of incompetence) 2 weeks in advance to book our move. They were all nice and helpful when I called and assured me they were they best in the buisness. They won Old treat my things like they were their own. 2 days before our nove my husband went into cardiac arrest on the place we were moving to on the kitchen floor. I called to cancel the move and they assured me if someone could be there the would complete the move anyway. My brother witnessed them dropping a dresser from a moving device. Contracted them for a one Contracted them for a one bedroom move a quarter mile away. They moved me May 7th y. Thats a total of $2959 dollars for a move that was supposed to have cost $2357. I never saw my down payment applied to my account. This company does not do good and was big disappointment, I would not recommend this company. $2959 dollars for a one-bedroom apartment to move 1/4 of a mile should be embarrassing for them. ,

So many of my things were damaged. I picked all my sons because of good reviews on Google. Never again will I use All my sons. 3 men showed up to move my things. The man in charge has only worked with the company for 2.5 months he said. I knew right then this was not going to go well. My things that were damaged which money cannot replace were, 1. 1930's Victrola. I would give them 0 stars. BEWARE, these guys are only experienced CROOKS not movers. They never showed up and rescheduled the next day with a third party company claiming that they were All My Sons. The truck was an old and dirty Penske truck without a ramp. They did not have the proper tools to disassemble and reassemble items such as the kitchen table. They were trying to jam it in the door to take it out instead of taking the legs off. They damaged the the table and the legs as well as the new coffee table. Many items... read more

Do NOT do business with these people. I scheduled a move a month ago and gave them all of the details. Inventory, location, parking issues, and that I was on the 3rd floor. They called me a week before the move and said they would need to add an extra man for the job. Kind of irritating but fine, I needed to get it done.
