I am only rating one star because I am unable to rate zero. I secured this company a few weeks prior to my move date. I was moving out of one residence, where my lease was expiring, and into another. I provided a deposit, and they informed me that I would receive communication three days before the move date to finalize plans. Three days before the date, I don't hear anything. Do not use this company! I scheduled my move for 6/23 about three weeks prior. The communication before the move date was wonderful, all the details were discussed and handled very professionally. On the day of the move I had a window of 12-3, I called at 2PM and the dispatcher informed me that he didn't see me on the schedule. I get a call 20 minutes later informing me that they can't come and next available is two weeks later. No urgency to rectify the situation, no sympathy & not much of an apology. The movers broke my treadmill after we agreed they wouldn't move it. They scratched walls inside the rental I was moving out of and inside the 100-year old home I was moving into. They were slow and took so many breaks. It took them twice as long to get to the new house as it took me and they were on the clock the whole time. Do want to be canceled on the day of your move but not be notified? Do you want to be pushed out 10 days after the date of the company not showing up? Do you want your moving company to show up 2.5 hours after they said they'd be there on the day they rescheduled you for? Do you want to be charged $840 when you were told $501 over the phone and then when you can't produce almost a grand because that's 2 weeks of paychecks, have the cops called on you and have all your belongs be hauled back to your apartment? We used this company recently for a move from our two bedroom loft in downtown Pittsburgh to a townhouse in Lawrenceville. Overall we had a very negative experience. We had been planning the move with them for weeks. Leading up to the day, we were very straight forward about how much stuff we had and the difficult items we had. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! I had set a moving date 6 weeks in advance. the day of the move they called at 9:00AM to tell me that they wouldn't be available to move me. this was a holiday weekend. I thought he meant it would be later in the day but no, they wouldn't be coming. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They cancelled our move 30 minutes before they were scheduled to come to the house. If I could give them a -0 review I would. DO NOT use this company. EVER.

They asked if I were willing to switch the timing of my move. I told them I would. Then when they showed up they told me they couldn't move some of my stuff. I had discussed it in detail prior to the move and had been assured they were fine. They lied to me about what they were willing to move. Now I am all packed and stuck paying rent for an apartment that I can't get my stuff into. They are liars. Don't use them.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. To avoid any issues with moving, I booked All My Sons Moving and Storage TWO MONTHS in advance, signed their moving contract, paid their fee - which was a legal and binding agreement, and called numerous times to ensure my move would be completed by noon to avoid a hefty fine from my management company.
