All My Sons cancelled in the last minute. I am moving from Chicago. I have contacted All My Sons 30 days in advance to set up unloading UHaul Truck (coming from Chicago). First thing customer service said is welcome to the family and boasted about how great their service is. Their rates are higher than the other competitors. I have set up the appointment for Saturday (30-July at 10:00 AM) for crew of four to unload and unpack. Paid the advance. They booked my move and took a deposit, then the local office called and confirmed everything was all set. Two days later they called and said they overbooked without so much as an apology. Do not use.

Cost went up three times and then doubled upon arrival. They give you a low quote to hook you and then try to get you to authorize double on site. I didn't even bother have them doing the job.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU'RE IN PITTSBURGH!!! They are total garbage! Took my deposit and scheduled my move for Saturday. Called me the day before and asked to reschedule for sunday, ok no problem. Sunday morning they cancel because 2 people called off. Rescheduled for Monday. Called me Monday morning and canceled due to a driver calling off. The next available date was the following Sunday but I needed to be out on the tuesday prior. They didn't care about anything. If I could give them zero stars I would move took forever. Changed a ridiculous amount broke a couch and a painting worth around $1100 dollars and try reimbursing me $200. This company is the worst and if you use them good luck!

Unethical Business Practices - Was quoted $239/hr over the phone plus incidentals and mileage. I provided a $100 deposit. I did not receive a contract but was not initially concerned as I thought this was a wholesome family owned business. They were moving one bedroom suit and a few pieces of furniture 12 miles away (25 min ride). It took them an hour to get to the destination. When it was all said and done, total $850+. Never use this business.

Do not hire these people if you have a hard date that you need to move on. Absolutely terrible service. They were scheduled for a Monday, called to cancel on me to take a larger job, showed up Tuesday and I had to take another day off work. So I asked them how they were going to compensate me for cancelling on me and causing me to have to take another day off work. They said "we just won't charge you for tape"?? DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING!!! What a NIGHTMARE!!! I have over 30 damages and they left without finishing the job without saying a word!!! Do your homework! My signature was even forged where you had to sign that the delivery was satisfactory!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are thieves with unprofessionalism from management. After my experience with this sh*thole of a company, I wish I could give less than 1 star.
