They had 50 pictures of my contents and quoted me $5100 to take care of everything and move 6 blocks to new house, "I wouldn't have to touch a thing". Salesperson told me if we toted anything up ahead it would save us money. They sent 8 people and 2 trucks that didn't get half done and billed me $5600. Talked to manager and was told they would return next day with 5 people and 1 truck to finish for $3400 to $3500. Next day filled truck still left me with 2 pickup loads and billed me $4600. Terrible experience. One item needed moved. Provided everything they asked for. Appointment was set, 9 am Thursday.called that morning and said it?s now 11. Waited till 11:30- I called, now 2pm. I called again at 2:37. Now I was told 4. Never showed. Rescheduled for next day. 4 guys came to move safe. Swore and said they could not lift it and left. Said they did not have right equipment. Wasted two days dealing with this company. Communication was very poor once they got deposit. I would NOT recommend.
Moved within apartment complex. Took 13 hours when it should have taken 6 hours. Three inexperienced movers. One mover quit in the middle of the job. Damaged every piece of furniture and scratched floors and walls. This is no exaggeration. Pictures taken but no refund given. I neglected to ask for apartment key back so called next day and said the driver had it but didn� t show up for work. Still have not received after numerous calls. I would never recommend this company. This is the first review I ever wrote.
Ethan was great! I understand a quote is a quote but when is over double the quote. Terribly disappointed. I felt like I have totally ripped off my the company. It was one bedroom to a one bedroom 20 min away from each other. I will never recommend this company
DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MOVING SERVICE! This simple local move turned into a lengthy, stressful and expensive move that required my active assistance for this poorly run business to execute. With only a few furniture items to move locally, items were dropped and damaged in front of me.
Hours late, never called, broke my bed, refused to carry things upstairs, complained about working all day. It showed in their work. Worst $1500 spent. Avoid at all costs.
I would like others to know that if you would like people to come in your house and waste your time to please contact them. They were rude and just drove off without any explanation. They made false accusations and could not move us. Never took pictures to prove accusations because they could not. Told us they were going back to their truck to get suppliaa was a to move us and just drove off. I would like a copy of the signed contract $843.00, and the $100.00 deposit from the phone. Their quote was $443.00 total. I paid $943.00. The driver called the salesman when I disputed the price. The salesman, FAST TALKER, said oh sometimes it's a LITTLE more. I protested, he said I couldn't get my furniture unless I signed the contract, and If we kept talking on the phone the price will go higher!!! Let me preface this by saying Nat and his crew were very professional and efficient. Our items were moved safely and there was no damage. I can� t say that our experience with the business office was the same. After our original move date got cancelled because of poor communication between the call center and local office the manager switched the price on us at the last minute - after the original quote was signed off on.
