I hired All my Sons 3 weeks prior to my move of March 31st 2022. They were supposed to be here between 8:30 and 9:30am since we were the first move of the day. This morning I had to call them at 9:15 to find out where they were at. I was told by Matt or Max that 2 drivers called off and they couldn't get to me today. DO NOT USE TOTAL RIP I was moving 1st floor to 2nd floor & 2nd floor to 1st floor & they wanted to charge $199.00 travel fee & $55.00 wrapping fee. When I refused to pay the travel fee they wanted to cancel me. So I agreed to pay but then refused the wrapping fees after much discussion I agreed to pay the wrapping fees. Which would have added time to my move costing me more at $199.00 an hour. I told the 3 young men who were doing the move they did not have to wrap everything. I would pay the fee but not use it. I really didn't even want to give them 1 star but I didn't know how to go about giving them a minus 1. They quoted a price of $417 and at the end of the day ended up costing $900!!! Told them I didn't want anything wrapped because there was nothing glass but they insisted they had to wrap everything. So I told them to stop and only do what was already done. $900 later!! Very very very unhappy!!!

Would have rated less than 1 star if possible. They cancelled a move I had booked 2 months in advance 2 days before the move and said to make up for it they would refund my deposit so I'm "not left high and dry"....

Proceed with caution. They were friendly on the phone when I made the appointment and were able to give me the date I requested. I explained that I needed packing as well as moving due to being injured and having knee surgery. One day prior to the moving date I was called and they had no record that I would require packing. I had to go through everything again. They then suggested 5 people instead of 2, and I agreed. Only 4 people showed up. These guys worked amazingly fast, were polite, and careful with my stuff. Stay away from this company! Unprofessional, unreliable, and lacking any knowledge of how to pack and move belongings. Movers arrived very late and LEFT early without finishing the job!! If I could put ZERO stars, I would! And their rates are ridiculous--especially when there's no value in what they offer--which is very little! Total waste of money!

Worst moving experience ever. Sent 3 young kids, with no clear leader/ mentor. They were fooling around and didnt know how to wrap my furniture properly. Got lost and were 45 minuets late, they took a back road and got the moving truck stuck in the mud- delayed the move 4 hours. They let a box spring fly down the stairs and smash into a wall and put a hole in it. They scratch and broke multiple antiques and put massive deep holes in my front yard. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHARK SNAKE RATS‼‼‼‼ @allmysonsmoving is a terrible experience... the sad apart is the people that work for the movers we're all very nice but the coordinators and management here are pathetic with providing a good customer experience!!! Used all my sons last year to move. - pick up delayed until it was cancelled to the next day - very very slow - broke some kitchenware - honest about it but told me if I wanted a refund to talk to the company (I learned a hilariously difficult thing to do) - Was Overcharged and couldn't get anyone to provide me a true receipt.
