Never showed up, we had to hire another moving company last minute. They never even let us know ahead of time, we had to go to hq and be told they couldn't find anyone. Don't work with these people. They said they'll refund us, we'll see.

THEY CANCELED OUR MOVE TWO DAYS PRIOR. NO NOTICE. RUN DONT WALK. Very unprofessional lousy service. You try to support the small guy and they turn around and screw ya.

please note that while Maria S. "the business owner" takes the time to reply to all these bad reviews, not one thing changes in the end. when we called the company looking for help and or offering solutions, we could hear people laughing at us in the background. NOT professional. NOT trustworthy. Not reliable. PERIOD. End of story. Maria's copy and paste of a "owe we are so sorry that happened. thanks, we'll do better" is filled with empty promises and trite platitudes. do better All My Sons. it's the only way to change your... read more

None of their sons showed up. Booked over a month in advance, went through our entire inventory the week before the move and confirmed the job. Thirty minutes after the movers were scheduled to arrive, I was told they had to cancel because "all three movers were no-shows". They offered to possibly squeeze us in two days later -- not that it mattered, since: 1) that wasn't what we agreed to and 2) it was the last possible day to move out of our apartment. This is the first time I have ever used a moving company, and it will for sure be my last. I was told prior to booking that they rarely do a move under $1000...okay, well me being naive I said okay. They told me that if we hired a third guy that the move would take less time. So we did. The move ended up taking 5.75 hours and I didn't realize they bill for travel too. Don't do it....just don't do it. This company called us a few days before our scheduled move and canceled on us, citing a suspect reason of not being able to load in wv and deliver to VA. Say what? Even if that is true you wait until now to tell us, when we have had it scheduled for weeks and they took our deposit. Now we are a few days from our move date with no movers, way to go.​

My partner and I both scheduled separate moves and put down deposits with them at least a month in advance. I was originally scheduled for Saturday but they had called the week before and told me they over booked so they needed people to move days. Eventually I rescheduled for a day earlier to combine my move with my partner. She was told to expect movers at 0800 Friday morning. WISH I COULD PUT MINUTS STARS!!! Most awful experience ever! Cancelled the day before my move. Offered to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Uumm..sure I will just live in the street for 2 weeks. Gave name of 2 other moving companies for me to call. Guaranteed me they would help. .nope they do not service my area. Chose this company due to the assurance that we would be given two qualified and capable movers with a 26 foot truck and with a dolly (just assumed it would be a working dolly) to help move my kids. They charge an hourly rate, so having one guy and a quarter without a working dolly and 20 foot truck, smaller than promised, caused this job to take far longer than quoted.
