NEVER BOOK HERE..DONT BOOK THIS COMPANY AT ALL...More like two cousins ray ray and pooky than all my sons... horrible experience didn't move everything, kept talking about a list. sent two guys to move a whole house. DO NOT USE. We had an absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. I was convinced to get four movers as it would "take less time and save money". I feel like it would have if we had had four good movers. The folks they sent us were horrible. Half of them worked while the other half talked on the phone, ate, smoked and just stood around. The absolute worst experience of my life! Quoted $1,500 and charged $3,200. Movers worked EXTREMELY slow to run out the clock. One mover was allergic to my pets so he didn't even help. They broke my dresser. Damaged my walls. When I tried talking to customer service I was told to shut up :) This move literally bankrupted me and my husband. And the company didn't care in the slightest. Horrible experience. Horrible company. Horrible people.

Terrible company. Misquoted the price for how much it was going to cost and when they had all our stuff in the truck they upcharged on the quote we were given in the first place. And they have workers that screwed everything up

Honestly if I could rate a zero I would. I had a two bedroom move, not even 5miles apart & they took a full 9 HOURS! Then threaten to take my things if I didn't pay the total in full. I still have to move things from my old apartment as I tried to get them to quicken the pace. Boxes were brought in upside down & they took the carts my building allowed them to use. Horrible customer service and lack of quality. Prices aren't what they say they will be. Don't do it. I live in another states, so I had them move my mom and the "189 per hour" turned into 600 bucks for 1 hour. Poor quality and one of the guys didn't even help. My brother helped pick up most of it.

Don't EVER use this company for your move. They will bait and switch you, you won't get the crew you were promised, and your belongings will get destroyed in the move. My belongings were just dumped in the garage of my new home and left in a pile. The crew took so many breaks it was unbelievable. The quality of the work was poor and the company sucks. They suck. requested a move of 2 bed apartment less than 5 miles. primary item to be moved was a treadmill. Told them several times about item and never did they say I need to disassemble unit. 4 hours into the 6 hour event I was told that they couldn't move treadmill and that it was my responsibility to disassemble. $1,400 later I have to pay another mover to get treadmill out And All my Sons offered no assistance. With sons like these I'm glad I have a daughter.

The absolute worst moving experience of my life. I contracted for this move for the sake of moving my piano with these "experienced piano movers". The crew showed up one person short and acted appalled that there was a piano in front of them. Upon asking them why they were surprised by the piano, all three men stated they'd never moved a piano before and that they didn't know how.
