Absolutely awful experience. We booked movers for 10:00 AM with the understanding we had them for the full day, paid hourly. They didn't show up until 4:00 PM, then told us at 8:00 PM they couldn't finish and would have to return the next day. All our furniture, clothes, and baby supplies for our 4-month-old were packed away, leaving us completely stranded. Using All My Sons Moving was a nightmare from start to finish. I rarely post reviews but this company is such a mess that I needed to let people know my experience. It started the morning of the move when only 1 truck arrived, when my contract clearly stated 2, and the price I was paying reflected that. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I booked two trucks and four movers with All My Sons well in advance, and even confirmed everything three days before the move. On moving day, they showed up with only one truck. This completely derailed the schedule and caused the move to take 10 hours instead of the estimated 6, because they had to make multiple trips. Well a month later still getting the run-around from customer service/ claims depth. Have called 5 times, keep stating they haven't received paperwork, resent that. Now they have not received pictures of damaged furniture, sent again TODAY for the 3rd time. So if you want a company that damages you things, a rude and disrespectful staff these are the people to call.

scam. needed to move 7 items 20 minutes away. minimum move is 4 hours including 1.5 hours drive time. quoted 626 dollars. had trouble getting couch out. took a hour to get it out. when we arrived at the apt had to take couch apart out side. it was laying on the porch and the movers dsaid gotta call the boss to finalize the bill. the boss said what time you getting back. they said around 8. thre boss said 1081.75. what could I do the stuff was on the truck and couch in pieces.price doubled because we were 1 hr 15 minutes over... read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I've used moving companies 8 times (military service) and this one has to be the worst example I've ever had the displeasure of paying for. I moved 30 miles with this company and they charged me more than the company that moved my stuff from Hawaii to Pennsylvania! I can't even blame the people who did the work, all management issues. We had SO much damage in our local (2 doors down)commercial office move. Metal cabinets were scraped across the cement sidewalk, floors were scratched, doorframes were gouged, cabinets were banged up, desk corners were dented. The driver complained that his workers were new. One female smelled very strongly of weed and didn't seem capable of lifting office furniture. Update to my last review. When I canceled the order (Feb 27th) the cancelation request wasn't put in. I called March 4th to ask for the status. That's when I was informed that the request wasn't put in. The request was placed again on the 4th. I asked for email confirmation that the cancelation request was made. I feel ripped off and I'm very upset about my experience. I wanted to try something different instead of asking friends and family to assist with a move. Was quoted $159 an hour but reps constantly tried to change it to $189. Had to mention it each time I spoke with someone. It's not my fault your reps give the incorrect information.
