I left a negative review and someone from the company posted that they want to resolve the problem and to call them. That's just for show. They want readers to believe they are doing something about it. I called and left 2 messages and no one has returned my calls. They are not being truthful. It's just so readers think they care. I would never use this moving company and I will do my best to spread the word.

I want to start off by saying that the movers that handled us that physically did the job were great. Logan and 2 other men were kind and respectful of my furniture. I am assuming they were instructed to send the A team movers as a result from the rest of my experience. I booked my move 2 months in advance. A 3 bedroom house hold and a 10 mile distance. We had an absolutely awful experience. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! We were first quoted 9 hours and that was with them packing out stuff. We had 90% boxed up so assumed it would be less. Then they came and had 5 people and 2 trucks. Pretty much it was 3 workers because I watch 2 sit in the truck and move a box from side to side. One worker took one board game at a time from the truck to the house...as they were in a box. Initially very responsive and engaged. They asked for a telephone number to discuss a quote more fully, then simply never called or replied to a message on Yelp. Just sort of disappeared.

Never showed up, They never even let us know ahead of time, we had to go to hq and be told they couldn't find anyone. Don't work with these people. They said they'll refund us, we'll see.

In response to your reply you did nothing to resolve the issue. Send me $400 more so I can get my dryer fixed on what you damaged. But if you don't then my review stands as the worse ever. I would never recommend your services

If you enjoy getting ripped off, these guys are for you. They are the perfect scam. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, PLEASE READ THE ONE-STAR REVIEWS HERE AND ON FACEBOOK... There were no moving crews available for my 12 pm appointment due to a previous appointment running late. They told me the next available crew was probably done at 2:15, but they'd try to find people in the mean time who might be free earlier. I called at around 1:30 and a spoke to a different person who said that there was no way any crew could be available sooner than the 2:15 people. I don't know about the quality of this company but I can tell you about an inappropriate clientele interaction. I work in the same area and, due to construction, drive through All My sons 54th St parking lot. After looking up the street, (I didn't see this car) I was cut off by a driver and passenger (who was being dropped off, and I'm guessing was late for work as it was around 7:35 am).
