All my thieves should be the company name. we moved May of 24 damaged numerous walls and floors. STOLE A PISTOL. severely over charge at end. The dolly they brought had blown out tire. charged me for time that it took me to get these idiots a borrowed one. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT USE!!!!!!!!! PITTSBURGH PA

We used this company just about a year ago and when I look at the reviews on this site I am not surprised they settle out at 1 1/2 stars. Amazing how the 1 star reviews dominate the site. I don't think that is a fluke. For a company like this you should have the option to go negative stars. While the 3 men that actually did our move were courteous enough, they by no means showed any inclination to move quickly and efficiently. That was the least of our issue. I left a negative review and someone from the company posted that they want to resolve the problem and to call them. That's just for show. They want readers to believe they are doing something about it. I called and left 2 messages and no one has returned my calls. They are not being truthful. It's just so readers think they care. I would never use this moving company and I will do my best to spread the word.

I want to start off by saying that the movers that handled us that physically did the job were great. Logan and 2 other men were kind and respectful of my furniture. I am assuming they were instructed to send the A team movers as a result from the rest of my experience. I booked my move 2 months in advance. A 3 bedroom house hold and a 10 mile distance. I put down a deposit. Had confirmation on the date selected. The day prior to the move I thought it was odd I did not receive a call letting me know what time they were going... read more

We had an absolutely awful experience. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! We were first quoted 9 hours and that was with them packing out stuff. We had 90% boxed up so assumed it would be less. Then they came and had 5 people and 2 trucks. Pretty much it was 3 workers because I watch 2 sit in the truck and move a box from side to side. One worker took one board game at a time from the truck to the house...as they were in a box. So our total time with my husband and I moving stuff ourselves as well once they got to our new house was... read more

Initially very responsive and engaged. They asked for a telephone number to discuss a quote more fully, then simply never called or replied to a message on Yelp. Just sort of disappeared.

Never showed up, They never even let us know ahead of time, we had to go to hq and be told they couldn't find anyone. Don't work with these people. They said they'll refund us, we'll see.

In response to your reply you did nothing to resolve the issue. Send me $400 more so I can get my dryer fixed on what you damaged. But if you don't then my review stands as the worse ever. I would never recommend your services

If you enjoy getting ripped off, these guys are for you. They are the perfect scam. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, PLEASE READ THE ONE-STAR REVIEWS HERE AND ON FACEBOOK... THE SAME SCAM DONE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I'm talking about the Pittsburgh, PA franchise, but I can only assume these are common practices for all franchisees. 1. They'll give you a quote without coming to your home that's very good. You can't resist. In the case of my elderly cousin, 2 men for three hours to move from a 500 sq ft space about 8 miles ... read more
