I love not having to worry about who is coming to do my repairs
The company provides immediate resolution to my issues. They understand the significant impact issues would on our family and worked quickly and tirelessly to resolve it. I have been an American Home Shield customer for over two decades because I know they are only a phone call away when I need them.
I really liked My Georgia Plumber (MGP). They were prompt and very interested in helping me resolve my problem. AHS, however, denied me the service that MGP recommended so I had to pay out of my pocket. I doubt that I renew my AHS membership.
I was able to schedule a claim after hours. Immediately got feed back via the portal that a appointment will be scheduled. It showed me who the company would be and an estimated time as to when they should be reaching out to confirm a time. The portal was easy to use and the company that did the work was great.
Very easy to work with and get our problem solved.
I pretty much get my money's worth every year. There is always something that needs fixing every year.
