Prompt, respectful, courteous, and efficient
Good customer service most of the time. Quick turn around in assigning contractor. On several occasions the item repaired breaks again. Of course after 30 days. Then you have to pay more money to fix AGAIN! Extend your time limit to report these incidents.
Everything was taken care of appropriately and additional information was provided to prevent further complications with Air Conditioning equipment.
