Great service - over the phone and the contracted techs that were sent out to address my washer issue. Tech made a recommendation to replace it after it was beyond repair, and American home shield approved it within mins. I’ve already recommended AHS to friends ! The washer arrives days ahead of schedule and was set up in less than 30 mins! 10/10 I highly recommend !

Switched two of my condo units in the San Francisco Bay Area to AHS from another home warranty insurance company and so far very satisfied with the decision and should have done it much sooner. Online portal was easy to use and more importantly it's the timeliness response that I like the most when managing two rental properties. Happy to recommend AHS, keep up the good work.
