The transition was quick and smooth - The assigned service provider (United Garage Doors Inc.) was also promptly responding and contacting me for resolution, and didn't mind putting extra effort to take care of my trouble as early as possible. I have had nothing but positive experiences with AHS. I recently requested service on my washer and they sent out 2 different contractor companies who were not able to fix the issue. These contractors told AHS the fix was something not covered by my warranty and therefore they would not work on the issue. I reached out to AHS with photos and an explanation of how I didn't feel the contractors knew the real issue.
