We had American Home Shield for one year after the purchase of our home. The good: when I made a service request, they scheduled someone promptly and the technicians generally were good. The bad: the deductibles are high enough to really make you think twice about calling. I was pleased with the contractor, and although he had to come back and readjust the flush, it was based upon my preference for the way the toilet was flushing.

Excellent service from Nate's Appliance for refrigerator and microwave. Nate was able to replace the lid on vergetable bin for a cost of $82.00 and requested the replacement of inoperable microwave. My new appliance was delivered and installed on Monday morning, October 30. It works great and I am grateful to have a working microwave again!

Overall, we’ve gotten more benefit than cost with AHS. We’ve had several plumbing issues and beside the $100 fee the rest has been covered saving us thousands of dollars. However, it seems some of the companies contracted are less than stellar and we have been without AC since August 20th. I have been frustrated with the communication and lack of information about this delay.
