The monthly price keeps going up. I just had it increase again so right now I am not very happy with American Home Shield. I have already started shopping around for another company with better rates.

AHS is always there. They will always send a technician, sometimes they're good sometimes not. If there is a problem with a technician AHS will try to resolve it but, they are not always on your side.

American Home shield Is good value There are no issues with quality and their vendors are trustworthy. Customer service is excellent however sometimes it takes too long to get things fixed.

Quick, on time (frequent text notifications and call when he was heading our way) very professional! One question, we need Refrigerant (supposedly as much as we need as part of our warranty) Instead of filling refrigerant then while the service provider was there we had to place a separate service call to get it filled. I know this is to defray your costs as I had to pay an additional service charge! I would appreciate it if they just filled the refrigerant while they’re there and I’m ok paying extra to get this done as well... read more

American Home Shield replaced our 13 year-old washer and dryer when they couldn't be repaired. I was very happy with the choices I was given in the selection process. There was someone from AHS, Maria, called me evey day until to update me on the progress! Very happy with AHS!!
