Switched two of my condo units in the San Francisco Bay Area to AHS from another home warranty insurance company and so far very satisfied with the decision and should have done it much sooner. Online portal was easy to use and more importantly it's the timeliness response that I like the most when managing two rental properties. Happy to recommend AHS, keep up the good work.

I am new to American home shield. I need advice of a friend of mine, everything I’ve had to deal with American home shield I found to be above outstanding they recently replaced my central air conditioner that would not work at the beginning of summer. I like the way you’re always able to reach costumer services. They send out help as soon as they can! Never had any issues with them, they always send somebody that knows the job, and get it done right the first time!!

American home shield is a good supplementary insurance if you don’t have a lot of money to fix your home, however, they do put a bandade on the problem if they can. That’s ok for some of us that just can’t afford new appliances every time they go out. They are very responsive though in fixing your problem.
