Excellent and immediate response
The AC vendor fixed my AC. It took two tries, but it now works great. He also called to notify me when he was coming and followed up after the visit.

After verifying my coverage under contract, service provided was very fast, including shipping of materials and dispatch of tech. Tech (Pedro) was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and helpful!
It was very easy to shop.
The outside AC unit was not coming on and I had it checked out. The technician replaced a relay switch and was gone in 10 minutes. I was very pleased with the response and correction of the problem.
