I liked they keep in touch with you. I don’t like that when you call you have a problem understanding them.
Service set up was easy and plummers fixed my problem quickly.
I like the service for ease of use and convenance.
I like the ability to Makena a request online. At issue, is sneaking with several associates that have English as a second language. Also, the replace policy is less than favorable. We just had a garbage Disposal removed and replaced. We had 3/4 hp garbage disposal but the plan will only replace it with a 1/2 hp. We purchased the house and plan with 3/4hp garbage Disposal but we can not replace it with a like, kind and quality item.
American Home Shield is worth every penny, and it pays for itself! I've made several claims and each one was fast, easy, and the technicians were awesome!
Timely response and always able to reach with an answer.
Process was very easy. One call on a Sunday morning and they handled everything. Excellent communication.
Switched two of my condo units in the San Francisco Bay Area to AHS from another home warranty insurance company and so far very satisfied with the decision and should have done it much sooner. Online portal was easy to use and more importantly it's the timeliness response that I like the most when managing two rental properties. Happy to recommend AHS, keep up the good work.
