Typically dealing with AHS has been an easy process. However my latest experience has been problematic. I need HVAC work, and my contract covers ducts, tubing, and insulation plus the main system. However, my claim was denied due to the duct boots. My tubing insulation is falling apart and I have water intrusion around the boots leaking through my ceiling.
