Typically dealing with AHS has been an easy process. However my latest experience has been problematic. I need HVAC work, and my contract covers ducts, tubing, and insulation plus the main system. However, my claim was denied due to the duct boots. My tubing insulation is falling apart and I have water intrusion around the boots leaking through my ceiling. I liked the speed that was taken for my washer problem - I was kept informed from start to finish by AHS - I was 100% pleased with AHS and with the Company chosen and with the technician who fixed my problem - my last experience with AHS was not good - granted, it was during the "horrible lockdowns" and the way that we were treated by the Government - at that time. I had great difficulty with communicating with AHS regarding my water heater issue - decided to give AHS another chance and very glad I did - thank you
