I like the ability to put in a call anytime day or night. I get an immediate response that it has been dispatched to the company and know that I will get a phone call immediately within 24 hours. Normally the response from the companies is immediate. I like the follow up from AHS making sure that everything was taken care of.

I love the peace of mind that most issues will be covered. However, there times when services are needed immediately, such as A/C goes down in the middle of Florida’s summer, when we have to wait sometimes a week before we get someone here to fix the issue. I wish you had some way to identify emergencies.

Overall Home Shield has come through with really good contractors to take care of our home breakdowns...some contractors better than others, but for the most part really good service.

We just bought a condo and in the 1st month the refrigerator stopped working. We called AHS and they set up a repairman that came out and fixed it for just our deductible. Glad we had it
