The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company.
Tech evaluated and confirmed my air handler motor was failing. AHS immediately approved its replacement and tech ordered motor and advised that motor was on a 10 day back order from supplier. He installed it the same day he received it. AHS customer service was also giving me updates.
We had a very fast response and resolution on the problems.
American HomeShield is the best home warranty service available! They replaced a 3 -yr old refrigerator that had to be serviced for the same issue 3 times. Upon the 4th service call AHS provided a check for me to purchase a brand new replacement refrigerator of my choosing and believe me, life is so much better in the kitchen.
