I have been a customer now for 4-5 months. I have contacted AHS twice regarding appliances that needed attention. The thing that I am not happy with so far, is the amount of time I have had to wait for my repairs. It took 2 weeks to have my washing machine fixed. After the parts were already ordered and available, it took a week to have a technician come in and repair. I have a microwave that I reported first for repairs and Is not operating yet! Not sure If I will continue unless I see a change soon!

AHS is a very good company ..I am kept updated with emails and the app tells you exactly when the contractor is coming..good communication and great service All my appliances are always fixed or replaced with new ones I trust AHS

I had a contract with AHS for just under 6 months before cancelling. I set up 1 claim for clogged drain. I had to call AHS & the representative that assisted me implied that they forgot about me and apologized a lot. I wasn’t in a rush in this case, but it set the tone for future issues in my mind. To be fair I reside in a rural area, and I understand it might be harder to locate a plumber. Anyway, the plumber was fast, and fixed me right up. This reflected on the plumbing business not AHS. I had no problem setting an appointment for service. The service tech was at my home on time the next day to solve my leaking plumbing issue. He was mannerly, clean in his company uniform, demonstrated professional knowledge of the service he was providing and spoke with me in clear English, I like that. When leaving, he looked over his shoulder to insure the area was clean and of course insuring he had all of his tools. lol I am very pleased with the service. The water heater wasn’t the problem. We had Apollo plumbing install a new water heater. They had come out two times to determine the problem. Apparently the problem is was the dip stick which they replaced two times and the water continues to run cold. I’m seeking reimbursement for the water heater. The plumber is coming back out after he contacts your company. Please advise how we can resolve this issue.
