I have had AHS on two houses for many years. Anytime I have had a claim, even if there was a problem with the vendor, AHS made it right and got the problem solved. I would recommend AHS for a home warranty.
They were very professional and did exactly what they were supposed to do!
Loved that I don’t have to look for repair services myself, that I save money and rest assured knowing that my things will be fixed or replaced.
Easy to use, great service, professional and pre-screened contractors.
They have gotten better with the response time. However in the past they were very slow. Especially in emergency situation and when I went with alternative, I was not reimbursed. Lately they have been more responsive.
I liked the speed that was taken for my washer problem - I was kept informed from start to finish by AHS - I was 100% pleased with AHS and with the Company chosen and with the technician who fixed my problem - my last experience with AHS was not good - granted, it was during the "horrible lockdowns" and the way that we were treated by the Government - at that time. I had great difficulty with communicating with AHS regarding my water heater issue - decided to give AHS another chance and very glad I did - thank you
I like the service and the great customer service. I call with a claim and it’s taken care of or the order is put in that day and within a few days some one is out to take care of the problem. Very pleased with American Home Shield. Thank you for your good service.
American Home Shield is a great Home Warranty provider if not the best in the business. Their customer service and response is top notch and the ease of use with the client portal is not difficult. The only thing that I had to stay on top of was the contractor and making sure they sched the appt and provided the proper documentation to AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. Once they had all the documentation the claim was processed and approved within 2 business days.
Great and professional customer service providers from the initial call to job completion!
