It was worth it and the promptness was excellent.
Opening an incident is easy. Their vendors are of good quality. Support is useful. I only wish it had more useful features for landlords, such as allowing for tenant contact info, and making it easier to manage contracts for multiple properties.
For the price of a plan with AHS, the savings in repair costs cannot be matched.
