AHS has changed. You have to go through too many channels to get information on the status of your repair service.

I like the quality of the service providers they have sent! Knowledgable, polite and respectful. Dislike that I purchased a policy for my daughter as a gift and pay for it monthly. The system messes it up every time we use our respective policies. Example: I had a claim. All the communication from my claim was sent to my daughters email including her phone number so the provider called and emailed her when scheduling the appointment. I was the one who had the claim!
