I was a customer with American Home Shield for 11 years. Only reason I am no longer a customer, constant price increase, Found another company paying way less with the same coverage. Service was great while it lasted. Don't remember the service provider as they did try to offer a discount that still was not comparable to the price the new company is offering.
AHS has been an asset in the replacement of appliances, recently a refrigerator. Although it is an expensive policy, I wouldn’t have had another reasonable way financially to address any repairs/replacements. I have been and remain a 17 year customer.
