The entire experience from calling for an appointment to the received repair.
I’m still waiting for the part. The appliance guy was here and confirmed what I told him but did not bring the part it needed. So until it’s actually fixed I can’t give a good review. Also since i pay a large monthly fee I think the service charge is way too high when I need help.

I can always put my service request without any problem and got their responses in a timely manner.
I want to know if I can get a refund on my service fee since I canceled the service before they came out to my home.
