Value and commitment to honoring their warranty. I feel a lot of warranty/insurance companies may try to find loopholes to honoring their contract, but not American Home Shield. They are AWESOME! And such an asset to first time home buyers, like us!

Overall, we have been satisfied with AHS on all our service calls. We have had our home warranty for many years with AHS. The price for the warranty has gone up every year and so has the service call fee. This year, the price increase was the largest that we have seen so far. The monthly amount for the warranty went up $40 and the service call fee went up $25 and is now $100 for service call. We will be comparing other home warranty prices to see how AHS compares.
