Ben saved the day and made sure my fridge was fixed. Whirlpool GA did nothing so Ben elevated it and Sears sent a technician that looked at the problem, located the part and fixed it in under 2 hours.
Fixed problem
The tech dispatched on this call was from the Houston Air Comfort company and was very professional and capable. He listened to my explanation of the sporadic problems we were having with our two heater units. He clearly explained what he thought the situation was and it matched with with some of my own research via the ChatGPT AI app. He then proceeded to clean off the flame detectors/thermocouples. That apparently solved the problems with the two heaters.
